I ordered a sword from Sword Kingdom and they sent the wrong item. That happens, I understand but my attempts to rectify this was horrible. First, no one would return my emails. The phone was never picked up. Eventually I did connect with someone through their chat who looked into it, admitted their error and gave me my options. I wanted a refund which never happened. Since then I have tried several times to contact them and have been ignored. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.

Swords Kingdom is probably one of the best swords selling website from where you can get replica swords, helmets, shields and other replica warfare items at affordable rates. I bought 2 Captain America Shields and 1 Thor's Hammer. They arrived in great packaging and quality was very very impressive. For me, Swords Kingdom is the best online store for purchasing replica props. Thank you

I ordered a masamune sephiroth sword from Swords Kingdom few days ago. At the time of order, i was in doubt about the sword's quality. But when it arrived, i was super happy with my first ever purchase from this website. I would like to recommend this site to all those who are looking for replica swords at affordable prices.

Ordered a sword that arrived 21/12/22 the pommel was bent. I emailed them straight away but have not heard a response and it's been over a month. Won't respond through their online chat. Not worth the risk of buying from them.

I ordered a Keyblade replica back in March of 2021. The site still shows my order as pending as of January 2022. I have emailed them multiple times requesting an update or refund and have received no reply or indemnification. The chat function of the website gets no response either. Total waste of $86. Save your money. Don't buy anything from this scam site.

1 star is too high a rating for this site. Do not order from this site. Pick any other sword site. "Your order is in production and will ship Saturday" via the pop up chat, and then by email the same day "Your order is in production and will ship Monday" mind you this was 3 weeks after I ordered. Don't order from this site. They won't answer the phone and will ignore your emails. "We'll provide gift for delay compensation" but when you say you want a refund because their service is terrible they ghost you. This site is a SCAM don't waste your time!

I bought a sword they apparently didn't even have and got offered a refund and then waited a month and kept asking in the pop up chat whats happening and they didn't help at all. Phone number doesn't get answered and emails don't get responded to. Maybe if you're lucky and buy something they have you'll get it but I'll never know. This site is gambling.

Bought Harry Potter Gryfindor Sword from Swordskingdom on St. Patrick's Day for my young son. He dressed like Harry Potter as he had bought a costume from the local store. He loved the sword's quality and was very very happy as this was the first sword of his life.

Ok, so my package did just arrive after exactly in 9 days! I am super pleased with my shipment and the Sword is just great! They still are delivering their items in this pandemic situation because of the virus. Customer service was excellent, Ami was very helpful he kept me informed as to the progress of my order, provided me with tracking information. Every time I contacted Ami through live chat if anytime he missed my chat, swordskingdom's representative contacted me through email with an update. Highly Recommended!

First off the items come from Pakistan, so they claim the shipping cost is huge (mine was over half of what my items cost). They claim they make little profit from their products so customers can save, which may be true because they make most of their profit from their BS shipping costs which you will also get a bill from FedEx about a month later, even AFTER you have paid SK for shipping. Also their 24/7 chat is not 24/7, you can send something 24/7 but they only get back to you when they feel like it (if at all). I order replicas from the other side of the world all the time and pay little to no shipping who also have great customer support. This company is a joke and should be shut down for ripping off their customers and misleading them. Stay away.
