They are overpriced and the quality is poor. Everything shrinks and they fight tooth and nail not to allow you to return something for a refund. Save your money, this stuff is sketch.

I have had nothing but great service from Taylorstitch. The prices are high but you do get essentially credit towards future purchases. I have received as much as $40 off from these type of credits. The quality of the clothing is better than some alternatives like J. Crew. Shipping has been incredibly fast for me in California but your mileage may vary in other states. I have never had to return anything yet so I have no experience with customer service for returns or the like. On general orders they do seem very responsive.
