The shirt is amazing and soft, their designs are beautiful, and the price isn't very high. The only bad experience I had is their shipping. Keep in mind I ordered during covid with USA post office issues, but it took 38 days to receive my shirt. If you're patient, this is a fine company to buy from and I plan to buy more in the future. My experience with them was great.
The designs that tea turtle has are amazing. They have a neat and interactive site. The downside is that the sizing chart is a joke. Because they buy the actual t-shirt from a number of suppliers. The length and width of a men's large t-shirt will range wildly depending on what they have in stock that day to print it on. I have five different shirts so far and each one has a tag from a different manufacturer. Not very consistent.
I made a mistake on my order and they we able to fix it right away. They replied within 48 hours and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
Paid close to 20 dollars for expedited shipping. Tee turtles page said the product would arrive before Christmas. Now it is saying it wont arrive till after Christmas. Have contacted tee-turtle with my complaint. Am waiting on response from them. Will update this review based on response given from Tee turtle. My advice to anyone is dont order anything if you need it in a hurry. I ordered christmas gifts from at least a dozen companies this year. Tee turtle is the only company that didnt deliver.
Bought three shirts but needed exchange. Tried contacting the company but no response for like a month already. Not sure what to think of this company.
I bought several Tees and some enamel pins - the tees are GREAT, and size exactly as stated. The enamel pins were bigger than the website description said, but TeeTurtle does free returns, and customer service was excellent - so it didn't cost me anything to return those. Very happy with this site. The website still needs a bit of tweaking (your cart empties after a certain amount of time, even if you have an account) so I'm going to email them about this; customer service was so responsive to a previous suggestion that I do have high hopes htey'll fix this.
I have been buying and loving TeeTurtle womens cut tshirts for years. I always bought them at Anime Conventions. Now they changed who they get the female cut shirts from and not only are they more expensive but it's a far worse quality. I love nerd shirts and they were my goto but until they go back to the original womens cut shirts I won't be buying them anymore.
I have been buying shirts from TeeTurtle for years now and they all still look brand new. Usually all my transactions happened in person whenever I caught them at a convention. They have incredibly cute and unique designs, while also having very soft and high quality material. I'm thrilled to see their shirt designs expanding and multiplying over the years. I just started buying their shirts online this year and could not be more impressed or satisfied. I live in Canada and expect to wait a few weeks to receive my order, however, my packages were waiting for me at my door within a week in perfect condition.
The only reason I am rating it 4 starts instead of 5, is because their shirts tend to be on the small side, at least for women. I only buy their loose fit women's shirts because I find it more comfortable and wearable, but the shirts I ordered were both skin tight. I still love the designs and they're still comfortable, but I was disappointed that their medium fit me like a tight small.
My order still hasn't arrived after 45 days. CS says they understand my frustration but never apologized. I would recommend 6dollarshirts or shirt. Woot. Both ship quickly and at least apologize when their company screws up.
I ordered 8 shirts from them to wear for Halloween and paid around $25 for international shipping. After placing the order I received a message saying that if there was a mistake contact the quickly because they fulfill orders very fast. After about a week my order still had not shipped so I contacted them. The email I received said that many customers were confused and that it was a pre order. So I checked the sight and there was no mention of it being a preorder. They never updated their site to let customers know that it was a pre order despite knowing it was a problem. Then they finally shipped the order and apparently they are using turtles to deliver them. Despite paying more than double what other shirt companies charge they chose a company that is at least five times slower than the others. I say at least five times because I still have not received my order.
If you just have to have one their shirts order now and you might get it by Christmas.
It's a cute site with cute products, for the cute side of geek. The quality is superb for the price. I highly recommend their site. Check them out. :D
