The advertisement was never placed in the Irmo, SC Kroger as contractually promised - yet I have paid Terraboost Media $2650! When I realized the problem over 2 months ago, I started the effort to speak with someone. I even went online and scheduled a phone appointment to discuss my concerns. The representative "no showed" for the scheduled appointment. I cannot get a returned call! Very disappointed to be taken advantage of!
As a new business owner I was pleased to find a company that was easy to work with. They were helpful with answering my questions and helping me decide on eye grabbing visuals for the display.
I've had a really nice experience. There are several members of their team and all professional. I caused them delay because of my workload and I wanted my art director to create our advertising. I apologize for that. But as soon as they got it, they took it and ran. I've noticed during drivebys that the grocery store the kiosk will be at has a lot of traffic.
In the past, I've had a negative experience with marketing like this. But I feel extremely confident with Terraboost and this may be a permanent addition to our marketing strategy.
I do not recommend Terraboost. I did not generate even one lead from my hand sanitizer station. And to add to that, unbeknownst to me, they stopped charging my credit card each month. When they realized their mistake I had a $2k lump sum due. After giving them yet another credit card to charge, they still did not. Then I received a collection letter from them! They had a card to charge, did not charge it, and then treated me as if I was the problem. If I could leave zero stars I would.
