Terraboost is a great marketing company that is very responsive. Alex P. Was very quick in helping us get our artwork designed and finalized.
I tried their marketing for a grocery local store. Not even one interested call over 6 months! Called to cancel and was told no problem we'll cancel it. Later come to find out they have a cancellation policy they didn't tell me about that it had to be in writing! So now my credit card denied my dispute due to their policy not being followed. NEGATIVE ROI! You will waste money if you use them! Stay Away!

Worst experience. We have two Kroger Kiosks with Terraboost. One day my wife went by and the kiosks where our ads were supposed to be were advertising for ads. Don't know how long our ads has been taken down without our knowledge, while we are still paying for them. I would recommend staying clear of them. Cannot trust this company.

Overall, I'm happy with the process. I had three versions made with different graphics I suggested. The team did well. They made one small error by not removing an email address I had asked them to, but quickly fixed it when I pointed it out. Overall it was easy and they are very responsive.

First off, this advertising did nothing for my company. No prospects at all. Not a single person said "I saw your advertisement and so I decided to call, come in, etc" Second, their design. They will design the campaign for you, but if you request a change, even one where THEY mispelled something or got the address wrong, you only get 2 "free" changes and after that they start charging you. Again, even if THEY made an error.
Went an entire year with this campaign, with nothing to show for it.
Then came the renewal and when we chose to cancel out of "deactivate", they kept claiming that I wasn't giving 30 days notice and would be charged another month... and another month. My sales rep told me he would make sure to waive the last month since i was 1 day away from the "30 days notice", but low and behold I was charged again. When I called to speak to someone, the man actually chuckled at me and said that person could not have promised that because it's against policy.
This company is absolutely a scam. Bad practices. Bad costumer service and no return revenue. Complete disappointment
Daisy made it very easy to get our project designed and installed. The process is easily incorporated into busy schedules and they do the legwork for you. Would recommend

I was contact by Terraboost Media about the possibility of advertising on a wellness kiosk in a local grocer. I was told that their art department would assist with our ad design and, I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about how that was going to go.
