It was okay. But it still had limitations on usage analysis. I average around 700 Km's per month. High months, a couple at 1100, about 6 months (fall and spring) 500, other months about 4 is 700. With usage discounts at 1,000, I usually end up running excessive not needed electricity, to reach the 1000 mark.

We ordered our service online and got what we needed the next day. The process was very convenient!
They seem to be broker website which collect SSN and personal information. They have some very sketchy phone customer service. The on call support people did not speak good English, some cheap offshore call center, they did not have any information on my online order, they did not even understand my questions, they only kept trying to sell more stuff. Basically a dead end if you try calling. I am only worried if there are some hidden fees they are going to charge or worse sell my personal information and cause identity theft.
The service was quick and easy. I did not have to deal with very much paper work and also it was hassle free. I did everything online and I didn't have to deal with getting my electricity turned on with personnel. The best thing about the electricity is that I didn't have to pay any money to get my sevice on.
