Stupid app. You can't log back in using the same details and then they block your account access.

I was with TextNow for a decade (including years as a paying customer) and recommended them to everyone for years. One day, a few months back, my service was disconnected and the message I got was outright hostile. It actually accused me of fraud! Fraud? WTF? I clicked on the link that says that they would review this but never got a response. Any company who goes off making unsubstantiated (fraudulent?) accusations is as shady as they come. Bottom of the barrel. Avoid these people and their service.

It's a no brainer! I don't even need WiFi…. Ive had Textnow for some time now and have never had any issues whatsoever. Moreover, I even get 2 stage authentication texts…. Umm WOW!
Hello I've been trying to get someone to help me I've got locked out of my account and I need my email address updated! This app is hobble and have no customer support :( I got locked out of my Apple ID and it removed my phone number my current phone number and you guys are going to get sued for this please :(

For WIFI calling it is the best I've come across. I use it as a secondary number.Maybe someday I'll use it as my primary. But I need WIFI for all my other needs in my home.
It's a great service everyone should try it. No drop calls no problem getting through on Wi-Fi anytime.
I really appreciate having the ability of being able to use the phone with just the internet. Because if I'm in a situation where my phone won't work as long as I have internet I can use the phone.
So far my text now experience has been awesome. No problem whatsoever. Have made and received call..
Being on a fixed income I enjoy FREE talk and text. Even though I don't talk often, I can depend on it when I need it
