Sell low quality dresses for high price tags and have a very short return window so you're stuck with a falling part gown and no options.

They have a one week return window policy... with NO flexibility. I bought 2 of the same dress in different sizes. Neither of them fit. Life got busy. I had no idea I only had a week. I attempted a return at the 2 week mark. Nope. I now own 2 dresses I don't fit into. Thanks Dress Outlet.

I was looking for a plus size formal dress because my daughter's graduation is coming. The Dress Outlet is highly-recommended by my friend so I gave it a try. Their dress selection, quality, and service are amazing. The dress fit perfectly! I'm so glad to see my daughter feeling confident about her body.

I've been struggling to find the perfect dress for me. I am plus size and it's always been challenging for me to look for the dress that would make me feel confident about my body. I don't have enough time to go to a physical store so ordering online is my best option. But when I order online, I usually get poor quality dress or the sizing is just not correct. I was about to give up when I found the Dress Outlet. Of course I didn't have so much expectation because of my past experiences. But I admit that their collection of plus size dresses is totally stunning. I already have issues with online sizing I reached out to them and one of their customer service reps helped me choose. They helped me with all my concerns, and I ended up ordering this beautiful formal plus size dress. When the package arrived, guess what? The dress fits me perfectly! I couldn't believe it at first too, but I finally got a dress that fits me well! After that, the Dress Outlet is now my go-to shop whenever I want to buy a new dress.

I purchase a pant suit for a wedding. It is VERY SPARKLY and it didn't fit right. I was trying to find ways to make it work, but there is just no way. I read "easy return" and was not worried. My mistake. 7 days! If you buy from here don't expect to return anything

My son is finally getting married. I really wanted to wear the perfect mother of the groom dress and I wanted it to be beautiful but also comfortable because I will need to wear it for hours and in Alabama it can get downright hot and humid. I'm not an expert when it comes to dresses so I just looked online for some suggestions when I found the Dress Outlet through an ad or something. I originally didn't plan to order a dress online but their dresses are lovely so I ended up ordering one. That one didn't work out as it looked nothing like the picture but I chatted with their customer service people and they sent me another. I was surprised when the dress fit me perfectly! Their sizing is accurate, or maybe because I have the typical body type. Anyway, you can always contact their customer service to help you get assistance for the sizing. And now that my son's wedding is coming, I feel more excited wearing this beautiful dress. I highly recommend the Dress Outlet!

We have a homecoming event upcoming and I'm so excited to wear the best homecoming dress. I'm a freshman so I'm not an expert when it comes to things like this. I searched online and found The Dress Outlet. While browsing their website I couldn't choose what I wanted the most because it said it was out of stock. But I called them and they recommended me another dress that was just as GOOD. Also I contacted their customer service to make sure sizing was accurate and get all the return information I needed in case this wasn't it. Guess what? I was right! When the night event came, a lot of people noticed how beautiful my homecoming dress was. I'm just so thankful to The Dress Outlet for having such wonderful dresses. Highly recommended!

Ordered a pantsuit for a wedding and it arrived while I was on vacation so when I returned and tried it on to find it was too small.gorgeous but too small.it was past the return date and now I am left with an article of clothing I cannot wear. I am a widow on a fixed income and this is a hardship for me. So sorry about this policy. I will not be recommending this company.

I personally wanted to write a great review for Dylan's&Davids dress store. The customer service team was beyond helpful to me. With needing a certain dress size and color within a certain time restraint. They responded quickly to my concerns, the team updated the site to allow me to pick a certain dress size that wasn't available before and was able to ship out my dress right away and before the time I needed the dress for my event. I recommend this store to everyone, they have beyond gorgeous dresses and again, the team was out of this world amazing to me! 10/10 recommend!

I ordered two dresses for my son's wedding. I chose two to have the best chance that one would look like I wanted when I saw it in person. They were delivered on January 10th (the wedding was that weekend) and neither looked quite right so I placed them back in the shipping box to deal with later. I didn't have an opportunity to look at the return process until the next week (January 16th) but when I emailed them they said I had missed the 5 day return window. When I argued that that was a very short period of time and I had not even been in town to deal with it, they said that only one of the dresses could be returned anyway, as the other was on sale. AND that I would have to pay a $25 re-stocking fee if I returned them, AND pay for my own return shipping. I returned both dresses in perfect condition, all tags attached, in the box they came in (that cost me $25.88) and continued emailing the customer service department in the hopes that they would understand that I didn't want the items and since they weren't out anything (they could resale both) they should refund both. They continued to refuse and only refunded my card $103.99, a refund I didn't receive until March 2nd, after I emailed them AGAIN to check on it. I paid $219.98 for the dresses plus $25.88 to ship them back, so all total I gave this company $141.87 for NOTHING. And now they spam my email with ads. I'm not sure how they plan to get return customers with that sort of service. Who allows only 5 days to return something? And charges re-stocking fees for returns? All in all a lousy experience.

Awful …quality is terrible. The delivery was much later than I was told. Customer service is not accommodating or helpful. Return policy is ridiculous 5 days Buyer Beware!

Please be aware that you only have 5 days to return an item. After that it is YOURS.
Please think twice (three times) before you order from this place. Never again for me. If I could them less than 10 stars I would. BUYER BEWARE

I bought a dress as a back up to a formal wedding in France. I paid $40 extra for overnight delivery.
The dress arrived 3 days later and I was not able to take it to the wedding. I returned from the trip 2 weeks later and they will not honor a return. Bad business practice.
