While the quality is ultimately good, it took 3 months to receive the display case. In today's world of e-commerce with such a delay, one is lead to believe they are bring scammed. While in contact with "someone" at the company, they were very disorganized and seemed scattered. It was all ultimately resolved but thankfully I'm like a dog with a bone to get it there! I support our veterans at every turn but this was a very frustrating experience.
With a banner display on your website "Made IN THE U.S.A". I expected what I would buy would be made in the USA. It was made in china. Also without a lock. I received a 10% rebate. Big deal, not good. Will not buy again from you!

They did comply with sending a return ship label however, would have preferred to have received as ordered, and am not inclined to take the time to hassle with returning.
Our Site clearly say the flag case comes only in cherry!

Very nice frame. Great finish. First one came damaged in shipping. It was replaced quickly and easily at no additional cost.
My prior review was very emotional and reactive, as my Father's burial flag holder came without my request for a paid engraving. With a couple of emails asking for a refund of services and a couple of negative reviews, I received my engraved plate two weeks after my original order was delivered. Thank you for redeeming your reputation. The holder and plate are truly beautiful pieces and honor my Father admirably. God bless.
Loved the flag box and the engraving plate. However the pedestal/Urn wasn't satisfactory. I called and expressed my opinion on how to correct the flaw but it seemed to have not been received as I had hoped. After two phone calls, Ended up fully enclosing pedestal/Urn myself with pieces of panel wood and it now looks outstanding.
Item is well-made, came on time, and looks like excellent quality. I will be giving this to my friend's family sometime this Spring when they have her father's memorial service. Thank you.
