Ordered the US Military Personalized Cherry Flag Case and had it fully engraved. No issues with the order process, product was delivered very quickly, engraving was great and exactly what I ordered, and it all look very nice. However, the quality of the case itself is a bit underwhelming as I would've expected a better construction and nicer material. The glass in the front of the case doesn't fit well and slides around a bit - it doesn't come out of the case but definitely should be made to fit more snug - and the corners of the wood frame don't fit together perfectly so you can see a gap. The backing also doesn't fit well so not only is it difficult to keep closed, it makes it tough to keep the flag from sliding backwards and not being showcased properly.

I have paid over $300 for a military flag box with engraving. I have received the box with no engraving and to pay that much money for something you think it would be top notch there's a chip out of the wood. The paper background is cut up. No one will answer the phone there. I have left messages and emails and have had no reply. Please do not use this company do your research first I could've paid a lot less for better.
