Love my new runner. It's a custom sized runner, 14 feet long by 2.5 feet wide. The quality of the rug is excellent, and I added the non-slip backing which works perfectly! Easy to unroll and lay out. It looked perfect on my floor immediately.
The rug arrived, the edging that had been recommended by the company was sloppily finished. Customer service responded nicely and the rug was redone. After repair, it was better but far from Perfect. The overall color of the rug was darker than the sample. It looks dingy. The wool does feel nice on bare feet. Overall, not worth what I paid.
I ordered a large rug. It came with pulls already in the rug. Chairs were placed on the rug, which get moved periodically, and there are permanent indentations in the rug where the chairs have been. I was told that all this was a normal part of a rug.
I bought a custom cut wide runner for my foyer. It just wasn't working for me so I ordered samples from TPR and made my selection. The order process was easy, it didn't take very long to get the new runner, and I love it! I would have saved $$ had I done this to begin with!

I ordered 3 rectangular rugs of same material and pattern. Left clear instructions on my original order. The rugs' pattern did not follow the same direction. And they are not willing to offer any solution.
I was skeptical at first to order a custom carpet on line. The rugs are amazing! The bound edge is very professional and the quality of the rugs are excellent. I ordered the rugs for walk in closets. So they have a rubber backing option which I selected. The rugs don't move around and don't need a pad. I highly recommend this company!
Looked a long time for a rug to fit in front of my fireplace with no success. Then I happened upon ThePerfectRug...Problem solved. Very nice rug, high quality, excellent fit.
I needed two rugs to finish off the needs I had with my area rugs for my kitchen with hard wood floors. I had selected a very colorful and very artistic rug pattern for 5 of the areas. My new daughter in law wants me to put them in my will, gifting them to her! Once that was established, I needed two more rugs for the patio door entrance and another in front of the beverage center. I needed a certain size that was not a common size, and wanted a color/pattern that would compliment and blend with the others. When I got on ThePerfectRug web site, I found a fabric I liked but also found out it was one of there most expensive fabrics. So, I called the company and got the most excellent help I could ever want or expect. After explaining that I wished not to spend that much, the service specialist found a comparable fabric for half the cost. Therefore I got two rugs for what would have been the cost of one.
I went with it, and also got their professionally applied non-slip backing they have available. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE FUNCTION OF THE NON-SLIP BACKING, AND THE QUALITY OF THE RUGS. So thankful for The Perfect Rug, and their customer service. Next time I need another rug, I will start my search there!

I have had custom cuts and I am even using some of the runners on my vintage speed boat.

When I got my rugs they looked great but the corners would not lie down. I had to order another item from amazon to make this happen so the cost of the rugs went up. I would have thought the Perfect Rug people would send those to me without me having to buy.

I am so surprised and delighted with my experience in purchasing my rug from ThePerfectRug. I honestly never thought ordering on line would be a good experience, but this certainly was. I am very happy with the whole event, and thank everyone concerned.
From the start, we had an excellent experience. The colors on the website were true. The swatches came quickly. We ordered a custom size rug for our space. We waited as these things take time. Delivery was a little slow as there were delays in the final mile but that seems to be how it is coming out of the pandemic. We laid it out and love how it looks. Would definitely recommend.
There are still supply chain issues...agreed but no need to charge my card until order is complete and shipped. Took over a week from initial estimate to ship...very slow...not a good experience
Great products and workmanship. Just took a long time to get the rug.
