The rug took longer to arrive than anticipated but it was just what I wanted -long runner- and very well made.
We had a need for an oddly sized runner, presented it to myperfectrug & they were more than up to the challenge. They took my idea a made us the perfect runner for a reasonable price! It's perfect!
Our quest for a rug to fit our oversized entryway led us to this site. The website was easy to use - giving us a variety of options. I reached out via email for an expected delivery date and received a response in a couple of days. Our rug came within the given timeframe. It's a great quality rug and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
We are so pleased with our plush, custom rugs from The Perfect Rug Company. They were cut and sewn to perfection and fit perfectly. Excellent!

While I am ultimately happy with the product received, I am very unhappy with the service that I received. ThePerfectRig.com delayed my order by over a week and did not honor the order timing provided on their website. In addition, the communication from ThePerfectRig.com was terrible and I had to call numerous times to get my order updates. When calling, whoever was picking up the phone for ThePerfectRig.com was always clearly unhappy that I was calling to get my order status. While they were never rude or unprofessional, they always seemed annoyed that I was inquiring about why my order was delayed.
We purchased two separate carpets to put along our hallways. They are 3'x9' and 2.5'x16', so they were both custom size carpets and we got the non-skid liner to go under them, totaling over $800. The material is nice and soft and the borders are neat. We purchased the Subtle Touch / Simply Taupe and Serged Border Tobacco material for both of the carpets.
Tried to contact a few times and never got a response. Tried email twice and the online chat.
I had The Perfect Rug send me a variety of rug samples from which to choose. I received all of those samples and was able to make my buying decisions on that basis. It turned out to be a very efficient and cost effective way to proceed.
Hoping this rug will lay flat. I have placed heavy items on top to help (it's been 3 days) and there is still some buckling. For the price, I prefer not to compromise complete satisfaction.

Once placing the order, TPR pretty much went dark. The rugs are great, but we had no idea when or how the rugs would get to us.
