After a false start due to a technical glitch in the ordering section of the website, I was very happy with the process the designers went through to ensure the product was exactly fit for purpose. I was concerned about the colour choice, as it is always hard to pick colour from a screen, but the chair cushions, both seat and back, have come out perfectly. I couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to order again.

I recently received my cushions. Four square cushions and two wedges. All up the price was around $650. When I received them I first noticed that all the edges inside are raw, even along the inside of the zipper. Some parts are already starting to shred the fabric. I would have expected at least overlocked finishes.

Secondly the fabric seems to be quite thin. I paid for the more expensive fabric so expected a more robust fabric.

Thirdly, in a couple of the corners it hasn't been stitched right to the corner so there is a small hole. This will be a weak point. The sizes on the wedge is also wrong on one, its too big.

Overall, im pretty disappointed in the quality of the cushions as they were not cheap. I expected a much better quality product so I probably would not buy again.

Due to my sauna being in a coastal location by the ocean, I required something that would fit snug, still look smart and obviously protect from the salt air conditions and wind. The perfect product, could not be more pleased.

When my BBQ cover did arrive, after a month, it was too small - my fault. But the process that followed to get the right fit was confusing and painful. Talking to people in India, in another time zone, was difficult. The revised price quoted was around 8 times the original price! Yeah, no. Very disappointing.

I have enquired about the status of my delivery and I receive automated emails that dont answer my question. Service is unsatisfactory

Our table cover is great. The material is good quality and it's been made to perfectly fit out requirements. Great communication and super fast delivery.

I'm quite disappointed with my recent online order. I carefully measured my doorway and requested a width of 94cm, but the product arrived at 100cm, which is far too wide to fit properly. At no point was it clearly stated on the website that an additional 5cm would be added to the requested width. The height, however, remained exactly as ordered, which made the inconsistency even more confusing. Spoke to customer service and they requested an additonal $30 USD to have it remade. How can I trust it will be the correct size the second time round? Never buying from them again! Very poor instructions and communication with customer service.

The items arrives very quickly, the product quality seems good. Time will tell. I have ordered 3 times and have had great customer care when I enquired about an ordering issue. Also great value when coupons and wallet points are used.

Ordered 2 outdoor cushions for a patio set. They are well made with good quality materials. They took a little while to get here but worth the wait.

Cover looks great and easy measurement guide. Measurements are also confirmed by Covers and all before production takes place. ++++

Excellent, high quality water proof (not water resistant, actually water proof) material that fits very well and doesn't fly off in high winds. Keeps the pool area looking neat and tidy. Delivered within 10 days.

Very Happy with my outdoor lounge cover. The quality is excellent, thick, durable material and very affordable. Fits perfectly over my lounge and provides great protection when not in use. Highly recommend it.

My bar is a slab of Marri, and not at all symmetrical. I had several emails asking and confirming exact sizes, making sure they had the perfect measurements. If at all unsure about something I would be contacted to check. Very diligent and the final outcome shows this

The product quality is great. My only issue was with the measurement instructions on the site. It implied that the size would be adjusted down to allow for mounting hardware. That didn't happen, so the product was a bit too big, but I managed to work around this.

Very pleased with the quality and efficiency of my new cushion bases and covers. Well made and well wrapped for protection on delivery. Will definitely use Covers and All again. Highly recommend.
