We installed Thermosoft during a kitchen remodel several years ago. We were very happy with our warm floor. This winter 3 of our 4 mats stopped working. An electrician checked it out and determined that the mats had failed and the electric current was open. I've called Thermosoft numerous times over the past month to find a solution for our mats that are under warranty. The Tech Support people haven't called back for over a month. I call in to reach them but they aren't available. Messages have not been returned.

We're adding floor heat under floating laminate to a chilly master bedroom that the furnace doesn't seem to reach. I've previously installed Thermosoft heat in my shop. Heated floors are really pleasant, and look nicer than baseboard.
Outstanding prices and sale and large selection of products that make it easy to adapt to many applications.
I dealt with this company three times over the past year. I found them professional on every occasion. From ordering through technical support you can't do any better. They also offer a great line of products at very fair prices. I would not use another company having my great experience with them

The products I received appear to be made locally (USA) which is important to me. My customer service representative (Doug) is very technically adept and efficient. I interact with a large variety of people and care more about competencies than personalities. It was very refreshing to interact with a supplier that genuinely strives for excellence.
Have not opened box. Plan to let Electrician and Tile contractor install. Hopefully all parts are there and all goes well.

Customer service was polite and helpful and promised to exchange a product for a bought by mistake, I purchased additional products from them and then they never sent return information for the purchase they said I would be able to return. After several emails I have not gotten a response
