Took my money but never received my order...
6 weeks and I am being told that the item is still in transit.
Asked for a refund and now none of the emails are going through, what a surprise!
This company has a wonderful looking website, but essentially they took my money and did not deliver the merchandise. I contacted them several times to get a refund, but they just kept stringing me along with promises that my product would arrive soon. They never intended to deliver my product. Stay away from this website. This platform makes you pick at least one star, but I give them a ZERO rating.

We are a legitimate business that does in fact deliver all orders, and we never purposely "don't deliver" an order. As you know, COVID-19 has slowed down everything, including logistics worldwide. Many logistics options were closed or drastically slowed down, and that's why your package took longer than usual to arrive. However, a delayed delivery doesn't mean we never intended to deliver your product, it simply means that the logistics problems we are experiencing are out of our control and are unfortunately slowing down our deliveries.

I have been getting the run around for months with this company. First they claimed it was lost in the mail then they claimed the reason for not receiving my braclet was due to the Coronavirus! And now no answering at all. IThey took my money and I never received a thing.

The silver color lotus had a black material on it. After I couldn't restore the color with washing, I had many emails back and forth. After many assurances that this was normal or I may have damaged it with cleaning, I threatened to post bad reviews and call Paypal. They then refunded me 25%, which was very fair. The rest of the bracelet is very pretty.

I ordered a bracelet from this website from an ad on facebook. I was drawn by the pretty photos and all the reviews. I found out that the reviews are COMPLETELY FAKE and taken from other places. They are ripping off other websites and COMPLETELY SCAMMING PEOPLE. They never provided me with a tracking number, and I never received anything! I'm out $60 and left with nothing. Stay away!
Answer: This company is definitely a scam. They are based overseas and ripping off Americans
Answer: They are quick to respond to email, but the content is not truthful. They promise to follow up, or that your merchandise is on the way, or "please just give it a few more days". I waited 1.5 months and have several emails with promises from them that they would deliver my product or refund my money and neither has happened.
Answer: It's fake stones. Many other companies are better.
