My watch has been in New York for months. Never received and invoice from the store in Las Vegas from when it was sent to New York for a repair. They don't call or email to say when it will be done. Cost, $600 and climbing. It didn't need a new crystal, but they ordered it and are charge me for it. I love Tiffany's, but I doubt I will be buying anymore. I am not use to such slow, lousy, and incompetent service. I use to work for major jewelry company in downtown LA's jewelry market and what Tiffany's is doing how is beyond poor quality.
I purchased the Tiffany beaded necklace in September of 2020 thinking it would be a quality product that I could pass on to one of my daughters. 21 months after purchase, I am having it repaired. I was surprised when two of the beads rolled off while simply shifting the necklace to reposition it on my neck. This is not the quality product expected. The $400 price tag is far too much for this caliber of workmanship. The company does not stand behind its product. Politely offering to fix a $400 necklace that should not have broken, at a charge to the customer of $60 to $120 is not a good solution. Do Not Waist Your Money.
The worst quality and customer experience I have ever experienced. I placed an order for my wife to be to open before our wedding of 4x bracelets as the one I wanted from there was out of stock, so I was hoping to find an alternative.
When they arrived the quality was extremely poor and not suitable. When I started the return it looked like there were only 3 bracelets listed on the returns form, so I called them. They advised me to write on the returns note, add a copy of the invoice and sent me a link to print a returns label.
A few days after returning these, I got an email with a refund for 3 of them. I tried to contest this with them and they have outright refused a refund, despite all evidence given. They have given me no information or proof as to why they have made that decision and been very unhelpful.
I am now having to take them to small claims court and will never buy from them again. If you do decide to order for them for any reason and want to return the package, take photos of packaging it up and send it via the post office on a recorded delivery. However, I would recommend going to a competitor like Mikimoto - better quality and customer service.
I sent a pair a tarnished and slightly bent silver cufflinks for repair; was quoted $145 to repair. Three times what they are worth. (According to the price quote I received just now from Kirsten in their repair dept).
Poorly made.
Very disappointing.

One of my earrings lost a stone because of poor craftsmanship. They were extremely rude and wanted to charge me more for the one stone than I paid for the pair. Beware. They are not at all what they used to be at all and have abandoned their loyal customers.
If you're looking for timeless pieces to last you for the rest of time, Tiffany and Co is the place to go. The high prices will buy you longevity in your jewellery and guarantee of good quality.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE: I bought my daughter the Return to Tiffany® heart tag toggle bracelet for her 18th birthday, at the beginning of May. It kept falling off, because the bar was not long enough! One day, around Christmas time, it falls off yet again and the main link, that holds the bark just fell off! I rung Tiffany Customer services. The lady was very apologetic and helpful and told me I could either post it back to them for repair, OR return it to a store. I did not wish to risk putting it in the post, seemed one extra unnecessary risk (they post it back to you, that would be worrying enough). Anyway, she said there would be no problem returning it to the store and did not give any deadline. During August we decided to take a trip to London (from South Wales) to return the bracelet - we decided to make a day of it and booked tickets for the Tower. This was the first opportunity we had, had since Covid restrictions made it possible. We went into the store in Westfield Shopping Centre, was kept waiting about 20 mins, only to be shocked by the Sales Assistants attitude. She told us that they would repair it for £25! Not a huge amount, I agree, but excuse me, my daughter had only worn the bracelet for about 5 months. She actually agreed that you could see there was no damage to the bracelet, it was just a clean break. But they didn't seem to see this was there problem. She did, supposedly, go to speak to the Manager twice, but still the answer was 'no'. They changed their story, from £25 was always chargeable, to it would have been covered if it was under a year. I obviously spelt out for her, that it had been Covid and we hadn't been able to get it back, she said we could have come to the shop anytime. When I asked why Customer Services hadn't told me there was a timeframe, she got a bit flustered and said, the companies policy had changed, in the last few months, but didn't enlighten me as to how. I would have asked for the Manager to come out and see me, but we were likely to miss our time slot for the Tower and actually only did make it, with 1 min to spare! I took the bracelet back home got it repaired by a local jeweller Richard Llynfi, and for £50 he also made a larger bar, to stop the bracelet from falling off. Shoddy workmanship and even worse customer service. Are Tiffany able to just rely on the custom of high rolling celebrities and don't care about all the people who bought what they thought were iconic/sentimental pieces for their children who came of age during lockdown! I doubt their business suffered and you think such a large company would show more compassion, as people hadn't been able to visit the store! Not less! My husband has bought me a couple of Tiffany pieces and my daughter had her eye on a few more, for her 21st etc, but never again!
***UPDATE**** I heard from Tiffany's and they apologized for the incidents and said that they would address with the staff. I felt that they heard my complaint and I am satisfied with the results.
I WILL NEVER enter the Century City store again. I gave them another chance to clean several more pieces of Tiffany jewelry and when I went back today before a "Soul Cycle" class I walked into an empty store with 3 employees at the front of the store that just stared at me, didn't say welcome may we help you nor a greeting. I told them that I was there to pick up jewelry and the women in a very unfriendly manner asked for my ID. I hadn't been asked that when I was dressed with my diamonds and a sun dress. NOTE TO EMPLOYEES! NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY THEIR COVER!
I have never felt more insulted and shocked at the service I received when I dropped off my jewelry to be cleaned! I've been going to the Beverly Hills store for years, but since I was going to see a film I thought I would try the Tiffany store in Century City, CA. The customer service rep that assisted me was not only unprofessional and rude, but spoke to me in a demeaning and condescending tone. She accused me that one of the 18k gold with diamond rings was not an authentic Tiffany's product and they would not clean it. This is definitely not the "Tiffany & Co" standard. I can't help but wonder if it was because I am Chinese, if i were a white woman would she have accused me in the same rude manner? I would have thought that she would have brought it to management to make that decision and handle the situation more professionally. They definitely need to have protocols in place and not make accusatory accusations to life long customers!
Tiffany is a fantastic website for purchasing any kind of jewelry. I purchased the T1 Hinged Bangle in Rose Gold with Diamonds. It was fantastic. The diamond is of exceptional quality and shines beautifully. Since wearing this bangle, it looks stunning. Excellent customer service and I will gladly buy here again.
After a long time debating, I finally gave in and bought a Tiffany Blue Double Heart Tag Pendant. I was so excited to own my first Tiffany product and was expecting great quality. I started wearing my necklace as soon as I got it last week and only wore it in the day time and take it out when I shower or workout and before I go to sleep and leave it in its bag as instructed. I don't use any perfume or cream as I am a healthcare professional. After just a few days, I noticed multiple scratches on the back of the two hearts, which I guess is normal as they keep touching each other but I was shocked to see that in one week I started getting tarnish around the hearts! I understand silver tarnishes but in one week?!? I called to see what can be done as I really was hoping that Tiffany would have much better quality and the lady just offered to have it assessed at the closest location which is 2 hours from my home. She sent me an email with instructions and options: 1) send it to the location to basically clean and pay for the shipping myself 2) buy their jewelry cleaner. I asked if there is any point in doing the former as it will tarnish again in one week and all I got was not necessarily. I honestly wish I didn't waste 300 dollars on a jewelry that does worst than a knockoff jewelry from amazon!
Best site to buy jewellery. I always order my jewellery through tiffan & Co and it is amazing. All products are excellent. Price is reasonable. Great collection with wide variety. Recommended to friends.
I purchased a gift card over the phone as you can't order online & there are no stores near to where I live to go in & purchase and had to pay $25AU for delivery. When I asked why it cost so much the lady said it was a card not a piece of paper. I still think that is was too much to pay for delivery of a gift certificate.
Bought a ring at west Edmonton mall and within 8 months there was a manufacturers flaw with the ring. Brought it in to get fixed and they charged me $300 to fix the flaw. As I am newly engaged and a nursing student I was not impressed with this. I had expected far better service as the reputation of Tiffany is the reason we chose to purchase there.
My daughter and I Had one of the worst experience's today 10/06/2020 at the Tiffany's location on Michigan Ave. From the first point of contact I sensed her unpleasant demeanor and then came the very unprofessional attitude and very cold answers to a few questions. Needless to say I didn't make a purchase because of her. And probably won't return to that location after that experience. Ironically she's African American and so are we.
I got nice pair of earrings four diamonds with white, red and yellow gold. I left the earrings in a Toronto Tiffany to be clean for my surprise, a very small piece of the red gold were missing from both earrings. I went to the same location I got the earrings to express my disappointment. I will not trust anymore.
Best jewelery I bought for my girlfriend. She likes it very much and always waits for something new.
Very beautiful jewelry in the shop. Quick delivery and pretty packaging. Someday will buy everything from this shop.
Thanx for supporting customers' need. This is a very efficient team.:)
I'm glad to know this nice team and they offer lots of good products. I will continue to choose the goods in this store in the future.
Unfortunately, the "Tiffany" name is no longer what it used to be. Their website lies about their delivery dates in order to trick people into purchasing items that can't be delivered on time. According to their customer service rep, it takes them "10 business days" (~ 14 calendar days) to process their orders even though the date their website guarantees is less than a week away.
I purchased a product online from them as a gift because their website told me it would arrive at least 5 days before I needed it. I sent them an email on the day it was supposed to arrive to inquire about the product's delivery status and mentioned I needed it in the next 5 days. After not receiving a response, I called the day before I needed it. The customer service representative told me the order was still being processed and wouldn't arrive until about 14 days after the day they originally told me.
They took no responsibility for their product being delayed, even though the delay was caused by them taking weeks just to process the order. They refused to expedite the order, even though they were drastically wrong about their delivery date. I would expect this type of customer service from Walmart, but I was under the impression TIffany would be more accomodating.
Answer: Yes Legitimate co. But I believe their Reputation is a thing of the past. Sadly like many other companies.
