I recently purchased the best machine, and I also received a discount. It's all because I used TigerDirect to shop.
Instantly and most consistently, and with that, I am truly satisfied. I 'm certainly going to advise you to be excellent and outstanding.
So I ordered a small item, thank heavens, for an item and was indicated as in stock. As soon as I order, I get an email that says it's on back order. So I cancel immediately, with several emails and through Amazon pay service. Amazon also sent the cancellation to tiger direct and then I get an email from tiger direct saying the cancel was in process and confirmation would follow. I never received the cancellation email in fact, two days later I get a notice from Amazon that tiger direct sent the request for payment anyway, and then immediately sent me a shipping email. So bottom line they completely ignored the immediate cancellation request so they could force the sale on me. They got what they want, I guess, and now they had the audacity to send me an email telling me all these different charges I would have to pay to return this item, and flat out said you probably just want to keep the item because it will cost you more to return it. This is sketchy business! I order online all the time, like daily, and I've never faced such unethical business practices in my lifetime. I also never leave reviews but this needs to be made known and I plan on writing a review each day, for every dollar I spent or wasted on them
Purchased Apple Lightning to USB Type-A Cable from TigerDirect.com. Received the order in 3 days and the USB cable is average in quality.

I placed an order in early Dec for 2 laptops, I only received one. Long story short, I called numerous times, and was told they had to do an 'investigation' because they weren't sure what happened. Each time I called, their customer service reps were not only rude but weren't able to provide any info. One guy that I spoke with had a rooster crowing in the background. I also sent emails that went unanswered. Finally a whole month after I placed the order I was told that the item was out of stock, no apologies and no remedy for the situation. Their website states they will not charge for any items not shipped but they charged me for both laptops and now I am chasing down the refund. I will never order through them again!
They are going down the drain i can't believe it. It was one of my favorite website but if you do research on them all you read is bad reviews from New to refurbished electronics, and they canceled my order because they couldn't verify my address Thank god they save me lots of problems

I purchased a refurbished desktop computer from Tiger Direct in October 2020. The delivery was supposed to be made in 3 - 6 days. The computer has not shown up and is apparently back ordered. It is now December and I received a letter from a company called PCM from El Segundo, California. The letter says that if my computer doesn't arrive within sixty days it will be automatically cancelled. Also I can cancel now by calling PCM's number, which I tried to do but it disconnects my phone when I call. I have now purchased a computer from another vendor.
Tiger Direct's customer service is no help. I tried to contact them and told them I need to cancel the order, but they do not respond, other than trying to get me to purchase a tech support scheme they have which costs money every month. The person on their chat was also very rude, and I still have no way of cancelling the October order.

If your order is good, you will be fine. If there is an issue, don't even try. In the past month, I have called and emailed and called and emailed and even given the email of a manager. NOTHING has been done. They simply don't respond. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! We are now the proud owners of a piece of equipment with no faceplate. It was delivered without a faceplate and it does not look like we will ever even get a response let alone a faceplate.
I placed an order on their website at10/02/2020. There are two units in the picture of their website. But I only receive one. I called the customer server *******437) at 17:20 Oct 6,2020 CT. The representative was very inpatient after she repeated the email address twice while I was not following. She even said "Oh my God" to show her impatience. I was very angry and asked aloud why she was not patient. I said I want to complain about her and need her ID. She refused to provide me any information and muted me for 10 minutes then hung up.
I wrote an email to customer service to return the item. My case was not approved until I called the credit card company to dispute the transaction 30 days later.
Now my case is approved but they won't refund my original shipping charge and may charge me15% restocking fee. It's their misleading picture that causes all the issues. It's no reason to charge me any fees. I called them again today, and my call was cut off after 10 mins waiting. Tiger Direct Buss, you are definitely cutting you customers.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want the same experience as me.
I have done business with TigerDirect several times in the past and was pleased with my purchase. Recently, I purchased a battery back-up and power surge protector. It did not work out-of-the-box. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get a return label. When I give the customer service representative my phone number, they put me on hold for a long time, come back on the line, then disconnect the call. It's sick. On a side note, I have a very expensive doorstop now. Good luck!
Purchased refurbished Dell Lattitude. I charged it as indicated for 8 Hours, held charge for 2 hours. Complained, told they were not responsible for battery. I read, after the fact that there is no guarantee of the battery. I now have a heavy "laptop" that has a battery life of 2 hours. I decided to return it, after many missed calls, I was to be sent a label in 4 -72 hours. Ninety six hours later, I am still waiting for label! READ ALL SECTIONS OF PRODUCT AND RETURN POLICY. Id include a picture but its packed waiting for a label!

Please don't do business with this company. I ordered a document camera which the site stated as in-stock and "... usually ships the same day". Once I realized the item wasn't in-stock I contacted the company to cancel the order and received an email confirming the cancellation. Five days later my account was charged and the cancelled item was delivered. I refused delivery and opened a dispute with PayPal for which I am still awaiting the outcome.

I ordered my Macbook Air from Tiger Direct and the battery doesn't last more than 4 hours. I am still trying to return it with no help from their customer service. They told me it takes a week to get the label, then, I was promised the label the next day, twice. Still nothing. I am extremely disappointed and I do not trust they will return my money.
