The original cups I ordered were unavailable. I got a message needing immediate approval to change them. I did since the ones I really wanted and ordered were unavailable. I do not like these as well and cups do seem smaller than a normal 16oz cup.

The manufacturer discontinued the purple color frosted cups because "they did not sell well". We disagree but it is our of our control. Regarding cup size, the 16 oz. Frosted cups will hold exactly 16 fluid ounces when filled to the brim (without ice). This is the industry standard. Please do reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help you.
Really nice cups to fill with candies for my son's rehearsal dinner treats. Printing and design on cups is done perfectly. Very pleased with my choice.

Cups were easy to order. There were plenty of designs to choose from. We were allowed to put design/writing on the front and back of the cup. Order came in quickly.

This is my 5th time ordering cups for our annual Halloween party. They always turn out perfect and exactly as I request. They are so fast with creating the cup and shipping, with a total of 6-7 days from ordering to receiving. Love tippy toad!

The cups are nice, but they are smaller than I expected.
The website is accurate about how many ounces they can hold, but I definitely overestimated the physical size of the cups. The ones I purchased will hold the desired 16 oz, but only if filled to the point of almost overflowing. I wish I'd gone with the 22 oz cups. The disappointment with myself for choosing this size took away all the excitement I had when I purchased them, but this was no fault of the company. I attached the image to show the style I bought.

I knew early on that I wanted to order souvenir cups but my timeline pushed it really close to the cut off but Molly was able to get my cups to my 2 days ahead of time! She even caught an issue with the colors that I picked, suggested a quick fix and made the correction. The cups were amazing and a huge hit! I will absolutely be ordering again!

This was the second order I place for gender reveal cups, but it was the first time I placed a custom order. When I emailed my custom design in, Bailey was quick to respond and asked for some slight adjustments to ensure that the art team didn't have any issues with getting the best results printed on the cups. My order was estimated to arrive a day before my event. Not fault of TippyToad, only my fault for waiting until the last minute. I kept in contact with Bailey to make sure there were not issues with the order or production since I was cutting it close. Bailey kept in contact through the whole process and to my surprise, my order arrived 4 days early! I was so relieved and the cups turned out AMAZING! I will absolutely continue to use TippyToad for my future party needs!

After spending considerable time looking for the perfect party goods for my son's rehearsal dinner, I placed an order and paid for 2-day shipping. On the day I was to receive the order, I received a call from Bailey at TippyToad. Supposedly, the order had been shipped to one of their offices by mistake. Bailey asked when I needed the order, and I explained to her I needed it by the next day. I told her I was leaving town to attend my son's wedding, and the order was needed for the rehearsal dinner. Bailey had a very passive demeanor, regarding the situation. She said they would try to get the order to me, or they would issue a full refund. I stressed that they could overnight the order to me, and again indifference. At the time I asked to speak with someone else, and was told no one else was in the office. I asked to have someone contact me, and again the response was no one was in the office. Customer service does not appear to be a priority for this company!

You will be credited the full shipping amount you paid during your purchase.
What Bailey meant by "we would try to get the order to you by tomorrow or we will issue a full refund" is once the package leaves the door, we have no control of any unforeseen events like weather or traffic accident. We cannot make a guarantee on something we have no control over, hence, we are shipping your order to you today via next day air for delivery tomorrow. If, for some reason, your order does not arrive to you tomorrow, you will be issued a full refund.
Bailey was the only person in our customer service office at the time of your conversation. Due to the Corona virus Pandemic, most of our office staff are home. Bailey is an awesome customer service specialist and takes all issues with the utmost of concern and priority. Custom service is our number one priority.
