Ordered tires thru eBay Aug 25. Rcvd notice of FedEx shipping.After 5 days they call a say sorry we don't have this tire. But a higher priced set is available. Order *******168 canceled
We can definitely confirm that your order was formally shipped out on the 28th, but sadly on the 29th we received word from the warehouse that a stock issue occurred, as the supply of tires ran and out and the few ones left were not in good enough condition to be sent. There was no intention to cause you an issue or waste your time, in fact that is exactly why we stopped the order! We did contact you as soon as we could, on the 30th, to offer you different tires (with a discount on any price difference) or a full refund. You opted on a full refund and we obliged, providing it minutes later. We do not have the same tires available, but we did briefly have some similar tires in stock that could have been offered as well!
Overall there was definitely an unfortunate issue here and we earnestly apologize to you once more, but we assure you that we did try to resolve it in a fair manner and that the situation was not intended!
I chose to purchase tires from TireMart not because they had the best prices - but because they stated they could deliver when I needed the tires. Don't believe the hype. The tires did not come in time, I was unable to put them in a military pack-out for shipment overseas AND getting a refund is proving to be difficult. I highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere! Save yourself the aggravation I am going through!
I do thank TireMart for responding and confirming that I did order on the 3rd solely because they stated the tires would have been delivered by COB on the 5th. I of course refused shipment on the 6th because the movers stayed till 1800 on the 5th on the off chance TireMart would have the tires show up on the day they stated they would arrive. I appreciate TireMart confirming that the date of arrival they give is clearly just a guideline that you cannot work off of.
Your order was placed on the 3rd after the advertised cut-off time, we processed it on the 4th and it was picked-up early on the 5th. FedEx attempted to deliver earlier today, on the 6th, but you refused the delivery.
Given that neither us, nor FedEx or really any company works on July 4th, we're genuinely not sure what you expected to happen.
All in all we're simply confused at what your expectations were or why you're upset; perhaps you were late with placing the order, but that has nothing to do with us, especially as we did everything in our power to get this out in time.
I ordered tires from this company because it said if ordered before 1pm the tires are shipped that day. I found 2 other sites with the same tires all three priced within 3 dollars of each other so I ordered from Tiremart because of same-day shipping. Well, so this was yesterday. I called their number and was put in the queue with 11 before me, then 13 then 12 then 11 etc... I waited nearly an hour. I called later in the day same numbers 11 and 12 and 11 and 13... I went on their LIVE CHAT and waited for 20 min for a person to answer and the queue said 0 people in front of me. Today I went on LIVE CHAT and waited then went to town and came back in about an hour and the LIVE CHAT was still 0 in the queue and me still waiting. So I called and got the same thing 11 in front of me then 13 then 11 then 13 then 12... i hung up. I went online and my order still said AWAITING SHIPPING... The thing is I need the tires before next Monday as I leave the state on Tuesday.
We'd like to say that you placed the Order after 1pm on the 24th, but we processed it on the same day anyway, although the actual shipping took place on the 25th (as advertised)! Afterwards there was a FedEx delay, but you did receive it on the 28th at 1:30pm local time!
With all of that in mind, we nonetheless deeply apologize that you could not reach us easily, that was clearly a legitimate issue on our end - we've been dealing with extraordinary amounts of incoming messages, calls and live chats, leading to very long wait times despite our best efforts. We've taken steps to rectify this and improve our service, as we do not wish anyone to wait so long - apologies once more for any inconvenience!
This was my first purchase from Tire Mart, and I cannot tell you enough how satified I was for the immediate response to my
Inquiries. The cusomer service was knowledgeable, proactive, and courteouse with my request. It went the extra mile to alleviate any worries I might have with my purchase (tire sizes, rating and grade)
It showed kindness toward me and ensured that I felt comfortable with my purchase. I ordered four tires on the 29th and recieved them 5 days later via Fedex.
That was a feat I had never experienced with the competitors. Thank you Tire Mart. You will forever earn my trust.

I order two tire from tire mart on 1/25/2023 because they claim shipping the same day I have not received and tracking information from FEDEX. I tried to call that was hopeless so I tried the live chat well that was a joke I did email and someone from tire mart and they gave me a tracking number from FEDEX but the numbers that they gave me was the tracking numbers from a order that I made to priority tires on 1/28/2023 and they were delivered 1/30/2023. I would like to get this resolved.
We do not claim same day shipping - we advertise that we ship on the same day if you purchase before 1pm Eastern; you purchased at 9pm Eastern. Your Order was processed thus on the 26th but, sadly, picked-up on the 28th instead of the 26th due to joint delays between us and FedEx. The Order was delivered on the 30th, which you yourself can verify with the FedEx Tracking Numbers we provided to you. We do acknowledge the delays with us and FedEx as well as that the tracking numbers were provided later than needed due to a software hiccup>
As such we earnestly apologize for any and issues on our part but your Order was nonetheless delivered to you in less than 5 business days!

Customer service shouldn't have taken so long but the product was awesome. Maybe they could be better in the snow but that's my fault for not spending more money on the best tire. For the money they're awesome.
We do apologize for any inconvenience, we can confirm that the Order was placed on the 15th in the afternoon and should have been shipped on the 16th - regrettably it was shipped on the 17th due to various local delays.
With that said, we responded back to you as soon as we could amidst heavy traffic and likewise provided you with FedEx Tracking Numbers as soon as they were updated within our system.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered tires October 18,2022 it November 23,2022. Customer service 2x claim fed-x lost both orders! I spent over $700. Over (4) phone call on hold 4 hours and still NO TIRES! So I called my bank to reverse charges and they will take it from here. Never again will I even look at this site. Funny how they are a 4.8 star!

Certainly it is possible that a FedEx mishap occurs, but in this case FedEx (despite telling us otherwise) not only lost your Order immediately upon pick-up once, but two separate times - from two separate Warehouses. We do not want to make excuses or blame them, it is an extremely hectic shipping period and accidents can happen, but we want to reiterate that we did our best to ship your Order on time and as-advertised.

There was no need to contact your bank - you can just contact us to ask for a Refund and we will honor it.
I order 4 tires for $278.00 on October 28th of this year and I never received a tracking number or any updates. It says it ships/delivers through fedex within a few days yet I haven't gotten any email back about my order at all just a order number. I could be inpatient but I am positive I was supposed to get a tracking number by now considering the website says the order would be to the customer in a few days rather than weeks or whatever the case may be.
Such delays are not the norm and we do apologize about the entire situation. Your Order was supposed to be shipped on the 31st, not the 1st; on top of that our automated system failed and did not provide you with the Tracking Number right away.

The customer service suck. I can never get anyone on the phone. I waited 40 minutes for live chat and never got to chat with anyone that happened twice. The website says fast and easy delivery via FedEx. It's been 2 days and they still haven't shipped my tire.

I've sent emails, called, live chatted for last 3 days and never once got a reply about my order. I've had live sat on live chat 4 times for 1 hour and it kicks you off. Sent 3 emails, and sat on hold for hours the last time today 10/20/2022 from 8am when they opened to 9 am with live chat waiting from 8 to 9 then live kicked me off and sat on hold another half hour and finally hung up. Doesn't take long for them to take your money, but don't expect to talk to anyone concerning your order. Still no tracking #.

Tires are way too expensive i needed tires desperately for a trip i used their website to determine the right size i paid $400 for only 2 tires and when they came they were the wrong size. Still on hold for over an hour been trying all day every way possible to contact them about the return its the middle of a business day and there is no customer service. Huge waste of time and money youre better off going to a mechanic and having them order you will save time and money. For the amount of money i spent i expected better customer service. Attempted to attach photos but its not working.

Note that our website's "search by vehicle" tool does have a few highlighted disclaimers to explain that the fitment only works for stock wheels and, even then, you should always compare your current tires to what you are buying.

This is my first time ordering from TireMart. I placed an order for 2 tires because I believed what I read, "ships the same day if ordered before 2 PM EST, and the following day if ordered after 2 PM EST. I placed the order on the 10th after 2 PM and here we are on the 12th@ 2 PM, and still "AWAITING SHIPMENT" what's up with that?! Really? PLEASE TIREMART, DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN'T KEEP! I need additional tires for another car but based on my experience, this is the first and last time that I place an order with TireMart!

To that end, we can explain that here our 3rd-party anti-fraud software placed your Order on extended investigation to ensure that it is legitimate - this sometimes happens and we apologize about the false-positive and the delay it led to.
We do have measures in place to avoid such delays, but sadly at the time there was quite the extreme amount of traffic, leading to this situation.

As of writing this review, I have been waiting on customer service for a little over half an hour and I still haven't gotten in touch with a customer service representative. It says on the website that orders before 1PM EST would ship on the same day, but my order which I bought at around 11:45 EST still hasn't shipped after 3 days. I would never use a site that can't deliver on their promises.

I purchased 2 245/70/19.5 tires for my rv in April 2021. Put 300 miles on and upon uncovering my RV this April I noticed the sidewalls are cracked severely all the way around. The manufacture date is 2019. Tiremart refuses to back their product and simple offered me a $20 voucher for future purchases. If this is the type of junk you sell no thanks. I will purchase elsewhere from now on
Apologies but the Tires you purchased were clearly sold as blemished/like new, with no structural or similar issues/damage.
They were sold in an as-is condition and without any extended warranty outside of our 90-day policy; further, we do not manufacture Tires, we simply sell them.
Furthermore, your photos do not show weather cracking, the pictured issue is seemingly a result of the Tires being overloaded with weight. We cannot know how the Tires were or not used and what lead to their current condition.
We do find it to be both hostile and unreasonable to purchase blemished Tires without any warranty and to then contact us more than 1 year later to ask for a refund or replacements free of charge.
Some how my online order and appt were messed up I explained to the guys there and they didn't have what I needed in stock but gave me a set of 4 for the same price installed em in like 30 min! Great job!
