This was my first time ordering and I heard good things from my friends. The site was having 50% off site wide for black friday and I figured why not… So I ordered about 200$ worth of clothing. It took 5 days to ship which was a little disappointing because their site clearly says 2 business days and I did not get a confirmation email saying it was shipped.

Weird things started happening. My bill was 103$ for 6 items all week, but once it got shipped my order dropped to 57$…. 2 of my items totals were 0$. I thought it was weird but I let it go. A week later I got my order, no duty (I live in Canada) which was exciting.

I opened my package and inside was 1 item I ordered and 2 things I did not with a note saying "sorry we messed up". Neither of the items I didn't order but they sent were in my size, and on the bill that came with the package I was charged for all 6 items I originally ordered.

Very angry about this. I better get my clothing or else I will never order from them again.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. So the website warns you to wait about 2 business days before they send out your order. Well, after I place my order, a week goes by. Nothing. I email the website wondering what the deal is. They email me back saying they're just so busy. Ok, that's understandable. Well, another week later they FINALLY email me that my order has been sent. A whopping two weeks late. Oh- not to mention that they didn't include basically the only clothing item I really wanted. Once again, I emailed them. It took FOREVER for them to get back to me. And they didn't even offer me compensation for THEIR mistake. $#*!ing shame.

Okay so I ordered a long sleeved golden sparkle dress in a medium. I was freaking out about this site after I read reviews. I figured the dress would be either super long or super short and tear easily. So I was surprised when it came within a few days (Ordered Thursday, and came on Tuesday). I'm 5'2. The dress was the best length for my height so I'm not sure if it would work on taller girls, unless you want it to barley cover you. The material was super stretchy so I could have gone with a Small. I just placed another order for a red christmas dress in a small... let's see how this one works out.

The clothes are very cute, but way overpriced for the quality. You can get the same stuff from other sites for half the price. It's only worth buying things for 50% off, but they don't seem to have sales that's more than 50% off, so the cheapest you can get something for is the price it's actually worth. I've ordered a couple tops from there before and had no problem with them other than that. Shipping was fairly fast and nothing was missing. But I would not order from them again unless I absolutely can't find something on the site in another store for a better price.

I am not going back to this store. This is a scam. Other than they do not have phone number to contact, I also figured so many times that they increase their price very often, and looked very covered, almost invisible. So some of the prices on their item's page was cheaper, but the prices changed and increases in checkout cart. Not many people would notice this, so beware! This company seems like they have some misleading motives behind it, i'd rather stay away.

Tobi's clothes are SUPER CUTE. And the prices are reasonable for the most part. I've ordered from this website over 5 times and standard shipping has always been pretty quick! (4 days at most) But my trouble with them was the fact that it took TWO WEEKS for them to actually receive my return items and they almost never pick up their phone! I'm still waiting for my refund to show up on my bank account (it's been 3 weeks since I shipped it). But other than that, it's not too intolerable. If you have any questions, its better to email them rather than calling them...

I've ordered from Tobi 3-4 times, and each time have been pretty disappointed with my purchases. The first times I didn't bother to return because the clothes were okay (definitely not the quality that I was hoping for) and I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning. With this last order I will definitely be returning, as the dress is way too short and just fits really awkwardly. The shipping is fast, and it seems like they've revised the return process to be easier. However, I wouldn't recommend going through the trouble of ordering from Tobi... the clothes just aren't worth it. Will be unsubscribing to their emails now so I'm not tempted to buy again!

I was scared after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I took advantage of the 50% off and the dresses all fit perfectly. The material was also decent quality, and for the price I paid it was worth it. I wouldn't buy cheaper things though, because the cheaper you go the cheaper the material. If you buy higher priced items with the 50% off deal it is worth it. The shipping was fast and the package came with an easy return label. Seems to me that those who are dissatisfied are more likely to review than those that are satisfied so I wanted to share my experience. Would buy again if they have another 50% off opportunity and would stick to the higher priced items that are made with better quality material. Happy to have some unique pieces at discounted price.

I ordered two dresses and they were both super cute. Unfortunately, one of the dresses was so short it was practically a shirt on me and I'm only 5' 3"! The other one was the appropriate length, but it was also kind of shear. Also both dresses were super tight. I am normally a size XS or S and they were both pretty tight fitting. Not impossible to get into, just a snug fit.
On the note of shipping, I read a lot of reviews about the awful shipping for this site, but it only took 2 days to get here so it was pretty fast.
Overall, cute clothes, fast shipping, but dresses are way too short.

This site is not friendly to Canadians. Although they are located in the USA the clothing is manufactured in China. Everything you buy you will pay Duty on. My daughter bought $100 dollars in clothing and had to pay $50 dollars in duty and handling fees.

The free shipping was fast (ordered Thursday, received today) and there was a sitewide 50% off sale that had me ridiculously excited. I calmed down after reading some negative reviews of the clothing and began to dread finding holes in the dresses I ordered.
No holes, but that was about the only recommendation. 3 of the 4 dresses I ordered were plain ugly. The colors were not remotely true to the picture and the fit of two of the dresses was awful. The other two had such persnickety zippers that my boyfriend had to spend a round 20 minutes cajoling them up my back. The strapless bra I ordered claimed a C-cup size but looked rather more like a B. And the "corset mesh high-low tank dress" I was giddy for did not cover essential lower body parts, nor did it do anything for support up top.
Everything I bought was final sale (I figured I would take a very cheap chance) so I have had no dealings with customer service. But my conclusive advice would be to not waste your money. The pictures of the merchandise featured on the website are deceptively alluring, but the quality is shoddy. Save your cash for better made and proudly crafted clothing.

After placing an order with Tobi last Thursday, I decided to read reviews. Yep, that's right... I waited until AFTER I had already ordered. Dumb mistake? Could have easily been. After reading reviews, I became instantly filled with regret... how could I have made such a stupid decision? I sat thinking I wasn't going to get my order, everything would be horrible, and so on and so forth. Today, Monday, I received my package. ALL of my stuff was there... YAY! So, I tried everything on. I purchased three cardigans and a dress. The three cardigans all were just as expected... except softer. They fit perfectly. The dress, I will say, was somewhat misrepresented on the site. The model was supposedly 5'9" and it came to about her knees. I am barely 5'4" and it wouldn't have came near that length... had I been able to squeeze into it. Definitely order a size up in dresses! All in all, it was a good experience! I ordered my stuff late Thursday... closer to Friday, really... and received it today - Monday.

This is a terrible website. I ordered the Vdara lace bodycon dress that is so popular on their website. It keeps getting sold out and I finally bought it in a size Small when they restocked. My package came pretty quickly but when I opened it, it literally looked like a top because it was SO incredibly short. It did not even cover the lower half of my body and I am only 5'4. The model wearing it on the website is described as 5'7. Inaccurate sizing. If that was a size small, then I wonder what the XS was going to look like! Do not buy any dresses from this website

I got my clothes before the time I was expecting them, which was good, but pointless considering they were WAYYYYY too small. I ordered smalls in a dress and bodysuit, which is my usual size and the size chart said that's what size I needed. The dress showed my underwear it was so short and if I got a large it would have still showed my underwear. The bodysuit didn't even make it over my shoulder. Both looked cheap.

So I ordered 5 dresses from tobi and they just came in the mail today and i was extremely disappointed :( i was so excited because the items i ordered seemed so adorable until i opened the box... 2 of the dresses fit perfectly, while the other 3 i wouldnt be able to squeeze on even if i lost 10 pounds... yet they were all mediums? I dont think so. It doesnt make sense to me how other peoples orders have been perfect while some people have the wrong sizing? Also it is very true that the quality on most items isnt great... a button fell off one of the good fitting dresses the second i tried it on for the first time... overall im disappointed because i was really excited to wear these dresses! Now i have to deal with a return... yay

Definitely some of the cutest dresses I have ever seen, but their service is absolutely horrendous. I added three items to my bag, two of which were dresses. They were in stock and had my size when I paid for them. A day later, I got an email saying that my order had been shipped and I was so excited! Then I checked my order status and realized that the dress I really wanted was not going to be shipped. I emailed them and asked what had happened and apparently, they could not send me the item I had ordered because they no longer had my size. Why would you let me add the item to my bag as well as pay for it if you were not going to have it? I also asked them if they could just charge the item to my card then ship it when it is back in stock and they told me they were not able to do that for me. THE MISTAKE WAS ON YOUR PART, NOT MINE. You have terrible customer service. Also, I still have not received my other items even though I placed the order nearly a week ago.

So disappointed that I can't rate any lower. Cute dresses but VERY POOR quality. I've heard a lot about the poor materials, but I didn't mind, AT LEAST make sure the clothing stays put together. Bought a blouse and a dress with exact same buttons that are horribly stitched on, also come loose really fast because the buttonhole is too wide. I am wearing this dress for the first time to work and straight to a friends graduation at night and the buttons keep coming loose, two buttons fell off (cause of loose thread) and I've lost one already. Here I am at work worrying about my buttons coming undone and constantly checking them. What pisses me off is the dress is not tight or small yet the buttons just slip open randomly. Now I'm just hoping someone can rescue me by bringing me some threads and needle after work. Considering how there are so many negative feedback on returns, I wont even bother. #@$! You TOBI, my foot can probably stitch better than you!
