I placed my order with tobi on sept. 10 and got their lace cage back skater dress. I had paid for the shipping that takes 3-4 weeks to get the dress to me, but 10 days later, i got the dress! Not only that, but the dress fits perfectly, looks exactly like it did on the website, and is good quality and in great condition! Didn't think i'd be this happy with the purchase, and as a first time customer, i got 50% off my order! Yeuuuppp, definitely gonna shop here again!

The clothing on here is cute and there is a huge selection, but I had suspicion that the quality was cheap and the site does not post product reviews, so I only ordered a pair of pants to test it out. I had no problem using the 50% off first order code, which was sent to me by sharing the site in Facebook. They shipped immediately and arrived in 3 days. My suspicion about the quality was right, the pants (which were $56) full price felt stiff and awful despite saying they were a blend if cotton and spandex, they also had a horrible strong plastic-y chemical smell, and they were so SMALL. I went by their size chart and normally wear a size 2-4 so I ordered the small. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could not get them above my knees, then could barely get them off because they were so tight around the ankles. I don't even know that a size large would have been big enough. Needless to say they will be going back. If you are looking for trendy cheap clothing stuck with Forever 21 or H&M, for the same if not better quality clothing for half the price.

Yeah if you live in Australia you can forget this site. Ordered a jumpsuit with a white bodice & black poka dot shorts as is advertised on the website & paid about $50 for it.
Ended up with a flimsy paper thin piece of $#*! material top & the poka dot shorts were no where to be found.
Returned them for a refund. It's been 2 weeks now. I've messaged them 4 times &each replie's been an automated email which means their guaranteed customer service is total bull$#*!. Sizing was $#*! too. Materials poor. And I've wasted.$50 on that stupid site.

I've made about four orders from tobi.com in the last sox months or so, and each time I've been greatly satisfied. As with making orders online from any retailer, sizing is always something to take into consideration. Different companies clothing are made differently and what may fit you in a size medium from Forever 21 may not fit you from tobi. With that being said, some of the items that I have purchases in the past have been too small, but for what I paid for them, I dot even worry about it and just hand them over to my litter (and smaller) sister. However, I believe when I received the item from the second order that I ever made with the company, I was sent a shirt that had a tear in the front if it. Not happy with the damaged product, I contacted the customer service and told them my problem. Because I live in Canada, I could not return the product hassle free, so instead they refunded me my money, in a timely manner as well as they gave me another 50% off coupon. I had a great experience with their customer and I will continue to order from tobi.com

I have 2 issues with the site.

The first, a biggest issue for me, was the sizing is extremely inaccurate. If you're bigger than a size 8, I doubt there is anything in the store that will fit you, even in a Large. I am a size 6, and always buy small or medium tops in clothing stores. I ordered 6 pieces from their site, one was a size Small, the rest were Mediums, and not A SINGLE THING I ordered fit me. The dresses wouldn't zip closed, the shirts would not go over my shoulders, and the skirt (I swear to god) would not go past my low thighs... This is not simply an issue of frustrations and hassles with returning/exchanging and whatnot. I think it is wrong for a store to advertise such small clothing as a "Medium". What message does that send to young women?

When I sent them an e-mail about it, they said they were sorry if I did not understand that their clothing is in "junior sizes". To me, it sounded like they were saying their intended market is pre-teens. I'm sorry but there a very few things on that site that I think are appropriate for a 12 year old. I find their message to be troubling either way and will not be buying from them again.

The other issue was the misleading "50% off your entire first order". Many of their tops are on sale at 30% off so be careful, the 50% off is from the ORIGINAL price, not the already discounted 30% off. It's slightly misleading so don't get caught by the trap and fill your cart with all discounted pieces and then be surprised when your total price doesn't cut by half at checkout!

Overall, the clothing is cute and huge selection, I give them that, but I am too upset with their marketing tactics to be a loyal customer. I shipped back everything I bought.

Had no problems with ordering (I live in DC and my clothes came in about a week) or returning (I returned a few items and they processed my card in about 2.5 weeks). BUT, the sizing of the clothes was so so strange. I ordered all size smalls (what I am at sites like Lulus and Nasty Gal). The jacket i ordered was gigantic and the blazers I ordered were so small I could barely put them on. Just a word to the wise about ordering "Final Sale" items- do so with caution, because the sizing doesn't seem to be standard.

I made a huge purchase on Tobi. I bought 20 items and they all came in a timely manner which was less than a week and consider that I am from Canada. So that was a huge plus!

I had a concert to go to and I didn't think I'd be able to get the clothing items in time, but I did. So happy!

The customer service was incredibly speedy. They replied within a couple minutes and always seemed very happy to assist. I had a question about why the overall charge was higher than I thought, and they explained to me. I'll discuss further afterwards. And then when I got my items, I tried on a pair of jean shorts that I bought, and the crotch ripped. I mean, it was the strangest rip I've ever seen. So I e-mailed them and they happily issued a refund. Great!

Okay, so I made a huge order mainly because of the first order 50% off deal. But my entire order was $700 dollars but with 50% off, I was thinking my bill would be about $350, but instead it was about $400. I asked why and they said that sale items (which was a huge chunk of their website) was put to their original price and then taken 50% off. Not 50% off the entire order. It was somewhat misleading, but now you know! There is also an exceptions list (mainly brand-name items) that are not 50% off.

Furthermore, the clothing items were decent. The material was definitely of lesser quality. I mean, you get what you paid for, right? I am afraid to wash/dry my clothes incase it disintegrates or shrinks. They were still cute items, though! Don't get me wrong, I love what I ordered, some just weren't what I expected.

Sizing it definitely of average size. I am a small-medium, 27-28 size in jeans, and the small and mediums fit fine. Use your discretion. If you're concerned about pants, I would go with a size larger. Better a little bit larger than too tight, right?

Overall, I gave Tobi 3/5 stars because some things were lacking. The material was poor. In other words, without the 50% off deal, I would NOT buy some of these items for regular price. Customer service was pleasant and speedy. Not complaining and will be ordering again from them.

It took them a really long time to ship like 5 days, keep an eye on how much you paid there were alot of changes to my 50% discount which ended up only being 30% off, and make sure to contact them they have awesome customer service but whats the point when it takes them a whole week to ship and they run out of your item while they do who knows then get said item back within a week. I just returned the dress because of the 15 emails between the help desk and I, the running out of part of my order, the fact that the dress was was shorter than i measured, and the wait time. I wouldn't order from them ever again, but the help desk is awesome just don't call there's no one there but they respond to an email in like an hour..

Terrible customer service. I placed an order of almost $300 and made an error on my billing information. They never contacted me about this mistake and my order status continued to say processing. Then I emailed the right billing address to them and was told it had been corrected and my order would be shipped soon. The next day, I received an email saying my order was cancelled. After expression concern about this they blamed me for the cancellation. Obviously I made an error when submitting my order, but I don't understand why I was told my information had been corrected only to have my order cancelled.

I read all the negative reviews and resolved to never shop from tobi.com. But I kept going to the site and longing for all the cute stuff there and decided to look at youtube reviews. After watching clothing hauls on youtube that had stuff from Tobi and seeing the girls got their stuff with no problem, I decided to give it a try. I'm happy to say that I was completely satisfied with my purchases! I've ordered from the website twice to far and I love everything I've gotten. I purchased a cami shift dress, a kimono, a bucket bag, a bandeau, and a pair of leggings and I love everything I got. Unlike previous reviewers said, the material, while somewhat thin, doesn't seem cheap and the clothes look pretty well made. One thing that I love about Tobi is that there are a lot of opportunities to save. I'm a bargain shopper so I love this. I checked the tags on the items I bought to figure out the brands and looked up the same items I bought. I saw that they were all more expensive than the price I paid at Tobi with my 50% off. While this is great, I wouldn't recommend buying Tobi items at full price because you can find the same things for less than Tobi's original retail prices. I do have some advice to future buyers though. Since, from all the reviews I've read, Tobi seems to have horrible customer service and return issues, I'd suggest only buying items you're absolutely sure you want to keep because sending things back seems like it could be a hassle. If it looks odd on the model, it will probably look odd on you. Btw, there was one thing I didn't like about Tobi. I bought a rainbow bandeau (the Cotton Candy Bandeau) and expected it to be simple cotton but when I opened it, it was a bright rainbow velvet bandeau. Luckily for me, I'm obsessed with velvet and I didn't mind the intense color. But for people who expected muted cotton candy colors on plain cotton, you're in for a surprise. So pictures can sometimes be misleading. Always check the details on the left side so you won't be too surprised. Other than those things, I absolutely love Tobi so far and plan to make more purchases in the future. Sorry this is super long. Okay, byee. :)

I made an order last wednesday and received it last night, so shipping was really quick considering last weekend was a long weekend and i live in Canada. Also i was not charged anything at customs, which i was nervous about so i was very happy about that as well! I got the 50% off by linking my facebook account for my first purchase and i was very happy with my merchandise when i received it. The price for what you get is great, since the prices were cheap i wasnt expecting anything fancy. Quality would be comparable to american apparel or forever 21. Will definitely shop there again especially since shipping is under $10!

The slit in the front was so high, you could see my underwear when I walked! It sure didn't look anything like the dress pictured. The fabric and stitching was CHEAP!
I also ordered another plum colored dress and the one that came was NOTHING like the picture! The color was this dull purple! Never again will I order from this site! Be warned! Their items are cheaply made, cheaply sewed and not anything like the pictures shown. I'm just going to shop at forever 21 or H&M. Their items are even cheaper and better quality than this horrible site!

My first purchase experience: I ordered a top and they sent me the wrong size. On my order form it CLEARLY stated the size I ordered and it was even HAND CIRCLED and then okay-ed. I called to see if I could return it an receive the correct size because it was a lovely top. The first girl I talked to sounded like she was twelve and couldn't answer any of my questions. The second person I talked to told me they were all out of my size and so they just sent me the next size up thinking it would fit (LIKE THEY KNOW MY MEASUREMENTS! -___-) Who does that?!
