I decided to purchase from this websit due to fast shipment comments. I purchased a dress on May 7th and payment processed by my bank on May 8th. Today is May 17th and my dress is just now showing a shipment date of todays date of May 17th. I tried reaching out by email and chat to the business and was very unsuccessful with speaking to anyone about my experience or order status. I will
Never order from this business again…. Poor customer service at its finest! I hate businesses that won't even respond after you've spent money with them just to check on the status of your purchase. Keep in mind at first my order status was not showing at all—— but my acct was charged and per their website it states to check order status input your email and order# to check status but it was unable to find my order# ‍

I bought a Red Digger Midi dress of size M on Touchdolls recently and I got it promptly delivered. The dress was a perfect fit and looks so beautiful on me. Would definitely stop over for another purchase soonest.

I bought myself this dress on the site. The shipping time was long. But overall I was happy with the purchase!

Shipping takes way longer than advertised on their website and as of June and July 2020 customer service is lacking to say the least. Items will arrive, just takes over a month and this store in Florida, US. Hopefully management will hire more customer service reps to assist in the alleged high volume of e-mails etc. In the end of my case, management did resolve the issue which is why I changed my initial one star review to three.
