Toysrus has a great selection of toys. It is my favorite place to shop. Shopping online makes it even easier. It is a great way to browse their products.

Every time I've ordered from there or Babies R' Us, I've had success! From their quick shipments to their email updates to the packaging. I've ordered tons of items at once from them and have never had an issue. Well, I've had one issue with a damaged package but they quickly replaced everything and they even scheduled a pick up of the old package. All I had to do was place the given return sticker on the box and set it on my front porch; within days I received the new items.

Very disappointed in their Customer Service.
I purchased an item on Sat online for the full price.
On Monday, 2 days later it went on sale for $10 less.
They refused to refund me the $10 difference. I had to return the item for a refund then purchase it for the sale price.
Is that stupid or what? No customer service there. Terrible experience with Toys R Us. Every other big box chain store would honor that sale price and refund you the difference in that situation.

Placed order and took ages to deliver. When this did arrived box all damaged.
Do not recommend them, very expensive, customer service very poor, thought i would try there web as the shops have miserable staff in them

I went to this site today because as always Christmas comes fast. Since I have little cousins to buy for I may do some wondering in this store this year. Everyone may not be able to go to Toysrus. I have been shopping in this store for many years. When my step son was young I could go in this store and be there literally for hours. Lets face it we all have the little kid inside of us. One of my favorite games as a child was Mouse Trap. This store has has more toys than I have ever seen in my life. When I was young we did not have the kind of toys like today. There were no such thing as lego's. The closest thing to it were lincoln logs. Toysrus is like an explosion in Willy Whonka's Chocolate factory. This store has everything a child could ever imagine to have. I bought so many toys out of this store I can't hardly remember all of them. I remember when I was on the Robin Hood in Sherwood forest mission, looking for these little action figures to complete a set. I went to every store I could think of to find this little action figure to complete the set. The set had about 8 figures in total. Plus this thing that was called a bola bomber that shoots plastic rocks. I found pretty much the whole set at Toysrus. I just could not bare the look on this kids face if I missed one. I also bought a trampoline for the back yard, safety gear for bikes and go-carts. Also every kind of micro mini machine out there. There are a lot of toy stores out there, but Toysrus is unbelievable. I also bought a tent, pogo sticks, skate boards, car racing sets you name it. I have been to this store many times and still have not been able to see everything. This store is like taking a trip to an amusement park instead of rides there's toys, toys and more toy's. So if you are in need of toys especially something that your child may want and you can't find. Try Toysrus. I only wish there was such a place when I was a kid. http://www.toysrus.com

Very easy to update baby registries. Coupons from the store come every month, and are normally pretty useful. Usually at least one 20% off coupon. Online selection is much better than in the store, and the website makes it easy to find items of the same set or design.

ToysRus and BabysRus or whatever they call it... have products you want, and they do a mediocre job of allowing you to buy and receive... that is, their service is just kinda OK, but after you buy you will be spammed no matter what you enter in their contact preference fields... here's a direct example I just received:

Here they promise to remove my name in ONLY 10 DAYS. They instantly began spamming within seconds of submitting my order over 2 weeks ago, and now I get more days of their SPAM.

ToyrRus should not offer items that are out of stock. If you have limited funds available, you do risk having funds held.

Never had a problem with toys are us. The person below with the bad review, all credit card transactions when made be it at a store or online are immediately processed with what is called an authorization. That Authorization is a block put on the amount of the sale. And it pending the closing of the sale. You can not go to the Gap, buy a pair a jeans and walk out without it. Do you really think the GAP gets your money in their account that instant? No. There is the Security Hold on it. Every credit card company has this and it is stated in your credit card terms and conditions.

Yes toys are us has had items on their site that state in stock and after i complete the order it stated out of stock. Do you realize how big and popular that website is? Do you realize how many websites have affiliations to that site and pull stock rom their inventory. Its possible for them to have it in stock and the next second be out of stock. What if the person before you bought the last one? No one not even manufacturers have an endless supply of stock. Every item at every business eventually is out of stock at one time or another.

People like you should not shop online if you can't understand you are not the only person shopping on a particular website. People like you should not have access to credit cards if you don't understand how they work.

Disclosure needed!

Disclosure needed! - I was very dissapointed with the ToysRus website. While I had no trouble finding the item I was looking for, it was actually purchasing the item that upset me. First, the website specified the item was "in stock," so I proceeded to purchase it. Only after putting in all my payment information and clicking "submit order" did I get notified that the item was not available for purchase. As if that wasnt enough the next day I find out the item has actually been deducted from my bank account! So I call the ToysRus helpline to get the matter resolved. Aside from the "website supervisor", William Wallace, not being helpful with the matter; he is also unaware wether or not their website discloses the fact that the security hold (as he calls it) is placed on every order attempt. I have yet to recieve my money back and am contemplating taking legal action. Although, I will (eventually) have the funds released back to my account, I am short the amount of my order and am unable to continue with my christmas shopping until ToysRus decides to release those funds. Had a disclosure on the website warned me about the fact that a "security hold" gets placed on all attempted orders (wether the item is available for purchase or not) I would have never put my debit card information into this website, and am warning consumers so this does not happen to them as well.
