Most unprofessional bunch of people. They promise you anything and everything while booking a trip but finally provide you close to nothing. The final itinerary was provided almost close to 12 hours prior to the departure and had nothing includedthat was promised. They stop responding to your calls and leave you to defend yourself. I contacted them from a different number. The day to day itinerary provided is of no use and is only to lure customers. Do not fall in trap to the itinerary provided. Look into the inclusions at the bottom and you would find nothing that the itinerary speaks about. This is finally what these cheaters would give you. I met atleast three more parties in Dubai who had a similar experience with these cheaters. Their sales, operation and booking teams are out of sink with each other. A classic case of left does not knowing what right is doing. They are no more than lower middle class agents for companies in other countries. Anyone wants further details can contact me on *******211. I can forward all the chat shots they promised me before booking the trip vis a vis what they finally gave. To summarise, they can promise anything to lure customers for booking with them, but are big CHEATERS. Beware of this company.

Very well managed sales team, who will cheat & make u fool by telling lie in every sentence...
Once u become fool by paying advance amount, they will start playing with you for more amount... And make u feel what kind of big "Bakra" u are... because if u cancel, u will be in huge loss. You will find huge
Communication gap in b/w sales & account/admin team. Now if u want to continue with same package as discussed with sale, You will have to pay additional 30to 40% more from discussed package.
And if are agreed to pay additional 30 to 40%, then you need to pay at initial stage and follow up with them for hotel & flight booking. Here want to add one more point, they will never respond you in phone so easily, u need to continue trying to reach them.
Then the last surprise they will give with day wise plan in your traveling destination, where you will again get huge communication gap. And if you want as discussed with sale the package cost will increased by another 20%...
And they will give this surprise just before one day u travel... this is my personal experience what pain I have gone through after choosing them.

Guys humble request if you want make your travel program smooth and easy, don't go through them... they will make ur holiday horrible, which u will never forget.
Simply money eater... and pathetic service team as well as best lier sales team...

Totally unprofessional
1. The time you book holidays till you go, absolutely no interaction from their side and when u call, everytime a new person will attend
2. Will ask for money always on "urgent" basis
3. Will not give anything that is promised... On my Singapore tour, as per iternary I was to be given 3 star hotel but they could not find same so they said they'll give superior room in other hotel to compensate... But when I checked the room was nothing bigger than a bathroom with no ventilation. On cruise, I was informed I'll get balcony view room, but I m being given interstate room which is lowest version (this room details given only after I started my tour... so that then I have no option but to accept)
4. As per iternary by sales team, your included certain places but these were dropped in final one(here also final iternary Was shared just 4 hours before departure for tour so that again no option but to go ahead)
5. Overall worst experience, neither will book myself nor recommend others

I gifted a trip to my children to the Asia's cool capital Singapore and Malaysia after their HSC exams and since they were not very grown to go on their own, I decided to approach Travbond for their group tours. I was explained everything by the sales team in a very nice manner and I was convinced that they're the best for my kids and this trip. The trip spanned over 7 days and my kids had a wonderful time. As parents sitting at home and concerned about their kids safety, we were also convinced that they're having a great vacation. Thank you Travbond, we will plan a family trip next time.
