Overall, my experience with Trip.com has been very good. However, I would like to suggest an improvement regarding guest details for room bookings.
Recently, I booked three rooms, but there was no option to add three different individual guest names for each room. In some cases, especially for visa-on-arrival requirements, individual booking confirmations with separate guest names are required.
It would be very helpful if Trip.com could provide a facility to add different guests for each room while making a single booking.

I came across Trip.com when I first moved to China. I found that it was, and has been, the easy way to book my flights and hotel bookings when I have travelled overseas or within China. On the few occasions when I have had to cancel or change my bookings, they were able to help. The reviews and availability of the hotels listed are very good. I would recommend giving them a try and comparing it to the way they may currently make travel bookings.

This is the first time I get air tickets with Trip.com and find it so perfect, better than all other platforms I've used. The interface is so user friendly that I can make booking and check for any info easily. And the ticket price is as competitive as the others, even better for some flights.
Another great point is that Trip.com doesn't charge me the card transaction fee like the others.
In summary, very pleasant surprise working with Trip.com for this 1st time and will keep staying with Trip.com from now on.

When booking an airline ticket, the site threw me back to the search screen on 4 or 5 different occasions on 2 consective days until I was finally able to book the flight. That doesn't take into account the dozens of times I had to search because the price increased as much as $450 - $500. The price I ended up paying was higher than my orginal price.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
