The company has garnered mixed feedback, revealing significant concerns regarding order fulfillment and customer service. While some customers appreciate the quality of the bracelets and the charitable mission behind the products, many express frustration over prolonged delivery times, unresponsive customer support, and issues with refunds. A prevalent sentiment suggests that customers feel misled by false tracking information and unfulfilled promises, leading to accusations of the company being a scam. Overall, despite a commendable intention to support environmental causes, the company struggles with operational reliability and maintaining customer trust.

Yes bracelet was delayed due to many orders and materials sourcing, I was advised, but it did arrive about six weeks later and emails were responded to quickly. Here's a pic of mine with envelope. I think the company is trying their best, they've just been overwhelmed with orders.
Ordered a bracelet Jan 25. Email said will ship in 3-5 days. 10 days in nothing, contacted them received 1 email stating that it will be shipped within another 3-5 days followed by another email stating sorry but they are so busy and they are waiting on supplies and cannot give me a ship date. I cancelled my order Feb 24th and was told 5-10 days for refund. Here we are March 8 and still nothing. I emailed the company and they replied with it was refunded, just show this email to your credit card company. How about I don't go through that hassle and you refund my money like you said you would! Total scammers and taking advantage of an unfortunate event as well. Stay far far away from this lowlife company.
I ordered 2 bracelets on January 22, which I paid for with PayPal. On February 12, I received a message to say my parcel had been delivered, but there was no parcel. On investigation with the company, they were evasive about whether my bracelets had been sent, and they said they were having supply problems, but expected to be able to send me 2 more the following week. Nothing turned up. They were very prompt with their replies, and were always assuring me that I would soon get my order. By Feb 23rd, I had heard nothing and contacted them again, to be told that, yes, they had found a new supplier and would be sending them in a few days.On March 5th my certificate arrived! No bracelets, but a promise of action very soon. By now, I had had enough and asked for a refund, which I got from PayPal very promptly. I am very disappointed, as I had hoped to help the koalas and get 2 nice bracelets. I will never deal with TreeHuggers again.
I ordered bracelet on 22 January & still I have not received it so far 7 March! I have contacted customer service & they promised it to me soon but nothing! I've also heard that they keep their profits after planting one tree for $1.00. I paid £18.00 thinking I was helping. Shame shame on them!
This is a scam! You will never see the bracelets or the money! This is a disgrace. Please help to put more reviews so people are informed. I never received my bracelets and they not giving me a refund. STAY AWAY
Did not receive my order that they said was shipped! Was given a false tracking number. Every excuse used on instagram of why people havent received their bracelets. I did however get a refund (after asking 3 times, but i did get one) DO NOT ORDER!
Never got my bracelet bit they are in for a surprise. They dont realize who they screw over. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY THIS AS YOU WILK NEVER SEE IT. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A DISASTER TO MAKE MONEY. HOW SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING TO FEED OFF THE WEAK AND GENEROUS!@!
Never got my bracelet. Fraudulent tracking information given. They did not care one bit when I told them I didn't receive it; rather, they instructed me to call the courier in Hong Kong, from Australia, to see where my item was! Lodged a refund request with PayPal; they disputed it, provided more false tracking, and managed to win and keep my money. Now I see on their FB page that I am one of many who have not received what they ordered. This is disgraceful! They have used the bushfire crisis in Australia for their own profit. So much for being "ethical"!
