I got my Lion Bracelet and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It took a while to get here but understandable since it came from China. It was worth the wait. I was pleased with the quality. I wear it every day. Hoping to order the triple tree elephant one soon.
Gave Treehugger bracelets to two small sisters. The loved them and learned something about how important trees are at te same time.
I really thought it was well-made, the colors and design was very nice, I like to wear mine a lot and I'm TRUSTING that it is getting the sweet koala bears new "homes" again.
The bracelet was really nice to have on and it didn't took that long time before it arrived and I live in Sweden. The bracelet is easy to take whit you and easy to take on. The only thing that was a little bad was when it came to my country I had to pay more money to get it through customs.
I appreciate all these guys are doing so much. The bracelets are symbolic and are just to help fund their important mission. It took awhile to receive mine but I didn't care at all. It's the principle of helping fund their projects. Please help them by buying one of their sweet bracelets if you can!

As others have said, they take your money quick. Four months later, no bracelet, no refund (though promised), fake tracking number, and customer service that is always'looking in to it'. Until you ask for a refund, then they stop replying. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commiision. It's easy to do, I did it from my phone. Report these fraudulent companies so hopefully they can't do it to others.
Ordered a bracelet on Feb 21, never received it up to today (7 Apr). If you email them, you get some phoney replies and excuses. Stay away from them!

Ordered 1 bracelet and 1 necklace from this company on 24th January, I still haven't received my order.! I have emailed twice and they responded first time in Feb saying there is a delay etc. Then 7th March I had a certificate saying they have planted 2 trees as I had ordered to items from them, but still no order. I emailed them last week asking where my order was as I still hadn't received it, they emailed back to say my order has been shipped! The tracking info doesn't seem to be updating. Unfortunately I don't believe them, I have been waiting nearly 10 weeks for my order, it was for a birthday present for a friend but this has been and gone. I wish I had read all the bad reviews about this company before I placed my order with them. I'm sorry to say but I think it's a scam!
I ordered over 3 months ago. Keep getting messages that its been sent when I ask for a refund. I dont believe I will ever get these nor will I see any money. They are liars and crooks that played upon sympathies of people genuinely concerned during a tragic situation. No doubt they will also be finding a way to fraud people during the pandemic too.

I too have been waiting nearly 2 months for my bracelet to arrive, have been constantly emailing and surprised how quickly I get a response and also asked to rate the reply, which I never do.
Today have been told that my bracelet is being shipped from the US, will be phoning my credit card company for a refund as been told by company they can't do this as supposedly my bracelet has been shipped.
I would highly recommend not to be drawn into purchasing anything from this company, who seemed to be a scam organisation not doing any good but the complete opposite.
Ordered and paid for a bracelet on Feb 6th for my 8 year old grand-daughter who lives in Australia and wanted to do something to help after the bush fires. It still hasn't been delivered 6 weeks later and 2 emails have gone unanswered. To add insult to injury I received a certificate via email congratulating me on planting one tree and encouraging me to wear my bracelet with pride. What a con. Totally disgusted and now forwarding the matter to my credit card company.

It's been over a month since I ordered three bracelets as a valentine present for my three daughters that would make a difference. They assured me they would be in the mail two weeks ago. Nothing. They assured me they were USA made here in a warehouse. Nothing. I realized now I've been scammed. I can't post a picture because I never got the product!

I never received my bracelets... always made promises. Then all my emails disappeared from my history! What is up with that? I turned them into my credit card company and got my $ back. Bad choice to try and to do good.
