The website sells a wide range of OPI and China Glaze polishes. I placed a quite large order because it offered worldwide shipping unlike other US polish sites. Nailpolishes are quite pricey in Europe so I figured it was a good deal. At the time of my order, the page didn't offer paypal. After placing the order, I decided to search for reviews about the website. I was shocked to read about people who hadn't received their orders, etc. I was deeply concerned by the revelation, but the order had already been placed so I decided to wait a few weeks. A few days later, trendyhands.com sent me a e-mail with a tracking number. This made me feel a bit calmer. The email also stated that one of the polishes I ordered was backordered and would be sent out 1-2 weeks later. I was also told that I had the opportunity to change this product by contacting customer service. I decided to do this but I never received a response from the customer service. On the other hand, trendyhands.com didn't add any additional charges for the backorder which made me happy. After 6 business days, I got my nail order. It was carefully packed and I was very happy over my order from trendyhands.com. I am still awaiting my final polish which was backordered (got a tracking number for the item two days ago).
