I recently bought a Prince t shirt from this site. It failed to arrive after 10 days so i checked in with them. The girl i spoke to was very polite and professional and offered to send a replacement order which duly arrived a couple of days later. Then to my embarassment my neighbour came round with the original order which had been left with her a few days earlier. I contacted t shirt subway to tell them what had happened and offered to return the original order. They were brilliant and told me i could keep it with their compliments. A pleasure to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I spent $90 (including overseas shipping) on 3 t-shirts. There were no reviews of their products on their website, so I was not aware that the women's t-shirts ran so small. I pre-emtively went one size up when placing the order, and their sizing chart indicated that the size I purchased would fit someone 2 sizes larger than myself.

The fit was snug upon arrival but I thought it would be fine, but then it lost a full 2 inches in length and at least an inch across the shoulders upon washing. (I didn't attempt to try it on again. I held it up to one of the shirts that hadn't been washed yet.) The tag says 100% cotton and it did not perform as if pre-washed or pre-shrunk. I can no longer wear the item, so I cannot provide feedback on how well the silk-screen image stays on the shirt with repeated laundering.

I would recommend getting VERY specific information about the fit, sizing and washing consequences BEFORE purchasing. I would prefer to do business with a vendor with a more dependable product, especially one that could also be tumble-dried.

P.S. Apparently their satisfaction guaranteed policy is conditional, as they refused to help me until I withdrew my review.** BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered from these guys recently they have a massive choice of heavy metal stuff. Quite rare to find at times. Anyway 2 of the 3 t's were spot on but the third one was the wrong size. Contacted a girl called Laura in their customer services department who couldn't have been more helpful. The result was i received a replacement in the right size within 48 hours and they let me keep the original one which fits my girlfriend perfectly... result.

I ordered 2 t-shirts, the money left my account straight away and I received a confirmation email of the order, all seemed well.
After a week or so with no dispatch email I just assumed they don't send one and proceeded to wait, still nothing.
I politely emailed through their contact form asking if my items had been dispatched yet and that I understood it was around christmas time so it may take longer. I received no response which is when I became concerned, after looking at other reviews on the internet i found mixed responses, some people had issues with their returns policy or the quality of items received and many had received no items at all.
I emailed them to voice my concerns and told them if I did not get a reply, the t-shirts or a refund within 2 weeks I would be reporting them to trading standards and making sure to write bad reviews everywhere.
As you can probably tell, I received no reply and te tshirts are nowhere to be seen.
