I downloaded the software, installed it without a problem but then could never get the program to open. It was the only program on my computer that I had this problem with. I sent multiple requests for assistance and never received a response. I said well if you aren't going to help me then at least give me a refund, still no response. I'm going to lose $84 trusting this company so take heed and don't learn an expensive lessen like I did. Go elsewhere if you want a better product and better customer service, wait, if you want customer service period!
If you are someone that loves to jump through hoops trying to get software to work then this is for you. For the rest of us that expect purchased software to work out of the box, then stay far away. This software is unusable if you keep your computer and am software remotely up to date. I asked for a refund within an hour of purchasing this product. I then was asked for proof. Once provided, they asked more proof! Again and again. They'll continue to do this until you give up on your refund. I suggest using any of the other providers for this. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE!
I purchased their software on 18 September 2021. I tried the software for a few hours and found that it did NOT work as advertised. I completed the webform asking them for a refund, well within their 30 day limit.
I have created two tickets for the software and every time I have received a confirmation of the creation of my ticket, there is a "View Ticket" link. When I click on it, I get the page cannot be found error.
I have actually created a third ticket on the "ticket" website. This has been over the space of 5 days and I have NOT heard anything from the company.
I downloaded a converter to convert apple music, but it could not function. Nothing happened no matter how many times I clicked. The AMusicSoft Apple Music Converter I downloaded before is better.
Horribly unhelpful support staff. Refund is almost impossible to get, even if the software is not compatible with your system. Some places on the website say "compatible with MacOS and Windows" BUT it is NOT compatible with up-to-date Macs. After several hours spent trying to get a refund, I have been denied. Horrible company; don't give them your business.
I don't know what's going on with this provider but after sending multiple E-Mails I still haven't gotten any help with the license. Waste of money and time. Customer service is not existent.

My experience started out well. Program was working. But after a few weeks the program became glitchy. I contacted customer service. They gave me an upgrade of the software. Now, my license key doesn't work. I try contacting customer service and they often take days to get back to you. And they're response is "Sorry for the inconveniece." and no solution.
I have tested this software on several computers for about a month with Windows 10 Pro 64bit installed.
On these computers I only have Windows 10 Pro 64bit and the Tunefab software installed. The results of these tests were very disappointing. All pc's were continuously crashing!
So this product is worthless!
I had a very negative experience with TuneFab. I purchased the software ($44.04 including taxes as of February 2021), uploaded a 13-hour audiobook, converted, and received only about 6 minutes of audio output. I wrote to the TuneFab customer service to request a refund. Rather than offer a refund, TuneFab had me attempt troubleshooting for more than a month without progress. When I again requested a refund, TuneFab did not reply. I followed up again. TuneFab did not reply.
If the software does not work on your computer, TuneFab will offer at least a minimum of help with troubleshooting. That's good. But when the software still does not work and you have already invested money and hours of lost time in the software, they will not offer a refund. That's not.
My experience is very negative and I do not recommend this software or this company. The customer service I experienced suggests a mode of thought that values revenue over respect. This is not unusual in the business world, but is nonetheless unethical. TuneFab should not be proud of its amoral, if not immoral approach to customer service.
Current version for windows doesn't work - the company refuses to either fix the problem or refund what is dud software.
I've been using Tunefab with Spotify. Recently, Tuneful stopped working. I contacted Tunefab support and reported the problem. Thanks to their prompt response and fast turnaround, the problem was resolved very quickly.

I had an issue with downloading the tracks with tunefab. I mailed the helpdesk and they kept contact and after a month they succesfully helped me. Well done
First made a fault by downloading and paying for the wrong software (i-tunes-converter)

I'm using the Screen Recorder. I have no idea if anyone else makes such a thing, but there can't be many, so TuneFab fills a probably overlooked niche. It does have several preference settings, and it is not that intuitive, but after a bit of practice it becomes easy enough to use.
The support is quite good. It did take a while before I got a response to a recent request, but I think that, like every other business, they are a bit overwhelmed working around the COVID thing. My recent request was that I had suffered a catastrophic disk crash, and I had to rebuild everything. I have good backups, so I was able to restore everything EXCEPT my license key for TuneFab. I didn't have my original order number either, only the email address I had used. Inez Miller responded and forwarded a new license key within one day.
It's a good product for the money.

I am using fully subscribed Spotify. Automatic song conversion is easy and 5x speed is fast. Have had a problem with losing the first 2 sec of songs which went to the end of the previous song. Reported to customer support and got a workable link overnight that solved the problem. Great services.
Works well, Using with free spotify and results are good. Occasionally I will have to stop & restart to get the conversion started, but in the end has always completed. Customer service is prompt & friendly. Highly recommended.
