I am Mohammed Elhadi Baci, from Algeria. I work as a software engineer at Turing's workspace, it's what Turing uses for coordinating between developers and companies after the matching. It's been 6 months since I've started working here. If I had to summarize Turing in one word, it'd be Flexibility - I own my time, and I can work whenever suits me. In the technology industry, my country lacks options but at Turing, there are no boundaries and the opportunities are endless. Earlier in non-remote jobs, I struggled with the commute that I had to do every day. I'm glad that's not the case anymore.

Hello, my name is Miracle Wikiri. I am from Nigeria. I've been working at Turing for approximately 7 months as a Talent Engagement Specialist. My job description is to guide Developers through the Turing platform, providing them with the knowledge they need to take the relevant exams and complete their profiles. The flexibility and healthy work environment are two of my favorite aspects of Turing. Previously, in my non-remote environment, I had to contend with traffic, as well as expensive transportation and electrical costs. Turing provides several options, removing the tension and concerns mentioned earlier. Don't be afraid to apply on the platform regardless of your location or country of origin; everyone has a chance, and if you're qualified, you'll be contacted. Never give up or belittle yourself!

My name is Jaihind and I am from Chennai, India. I work at Turing as a Technical Content Writer which includes writing content for technical blogs, QCing, content revamp, SEO and content research, etc. I have been working at Turing for about 3 months and I can tell you that I love working here! The company has an amazing work culture, flexible work schedules, a liberal leave policy, and accommodating colleagues. The company has carefully woven its work culture in such a manner that employees don't feel the blues of working remotely. Full marks to the management in this regard. Some of the disadvantages that I had to face while working in a non-remote setting were crazy traffic, wastage of time and cost, moral fatigue that comes with too much traveling, etc. Just go ahead and take the interview. You're going to have a lifetime experience.

Hi, I'm Yogen Gidwani and I work at Turing. I'm in the PSS team and my work involves doing NTE calls with the developers. I've been working at Turing for about 6 months. The one thing I like the most about remote work and especially Turing is the flexible working hours. In a non-remote setting, the biggest challenge is commuting to work every day and the traffic you get stuck in. But now I don't have to worry about all that and I enjoy my leisure time doing what I actually enjoy.

Hello, my name is Adrian and I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've been working for Turing for 6 months as a LATAM IT recruiter. Turing's flexible schedule and remote positions are two of its best features. While I worked in a non-remote office, I had to deal with a heavy commute even when going short distances to work. If I had one bit of advice for you when having a job interview it would be to be yourself, distinctive, proactive, and most important: be YOU!

Hi, I'm Disha from Mumbai, India. I work in the data team, where I get to look at interesting numbers, find a correlation between different figures and form an analysis basis. It's been 6 months since I joined Turing and I'm loving it. I get to be in the comfort of my home and my family is there when they need me. Frankly, I can't think of a reason why I would not prefer remote work :) It's summer in Mumbai now, which can become too grilling, plus traveling in this weather just tires you by the time you reach the workplace. With Turing, I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm saved up for the work that has been assigned to me. If you want to work and be rewarded for it, and have a life, definitely consider Turing.

Hi, I'm Gianfranco and I'm from Argentina. I've been working as a Presales Specialist at Turing for 8 months now, interviewing developers to explain Turing process, making sure the profiles are updated, and clearing doubts. One of the best things about Turing is that there's no micromanaging. In a non-remote setting, commuting to work is the worst but you don't have to worry about that in Turing. One advice from my side would be to practice your English speaking skills.

Hi, I'm Navneet from India. I am working as a pre -Sales Matcher at Turing for 4 months. The best thing about Turing is the remote culture. Earlier I had to stay out of my home for my job and it was one of my biggest problems, but now I can spend more time doing what I actually love.

Hello, my name is Michelle Avilés, and I'm from Ecuador. I've been in charge of assisting developers at Turing in achieving their objectives and realizing their aspirations for the past four months. Turing's humanity, spirits, dreams, and people are among his finest qualities. In addition, remote employment allows me to better manage my time. When I worked in a non-remote job, one of the main challenges I had was transportation. Turing is, in every sense of the word, the finest job I've ever had. You will work in a calm environment with Turing, where people help people and we are all pleased.

Hello, my name is Rachita and I'm from Hyderabad, India. For the past four months, I've been working in Turing's Sales Operations Team. Turing has an excellent work-life balance, which is one of my favorite aspects of the company. I'm also intrigued by the prospect of working in a multicultural workplace. Travel distance, traffic, and time-consuming tasks are all challenges of non-remote employment. If you'd like a recommendation, I'd be happy to make one for you. Come and get this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work with a global team at a start-up whose vision and mission is to unleash the world's human potential!

I'm from Brazil, and my name is John Calistro. Since October 2021, I've been working at Turing, where I'm in charge of hosting webinars to educate engineers, spread the word about remote work with Turing, and engage the community in the south of Brazil. Working at Turing is a dream come true for me; I've always wanted to do what we do, which is to assist developers improve their life. I worked remotely for years until accepting a non-remote position just before joining Turing, and that experience made me pledge to myself that I would never work in a non-remote environment again, and I want every developer to have the same flexibility. So, developers, pay attention to what I'm saying and start the Turing screening process right now! If you currently work in a non-remote job and have never worked remotely before, I understand how intimidating it can be; however, a remote job is not difficult to adjust to; stress reduction, time with family and friends, and no commuting are just a few of the benefits that will make you never want to work in a non-remote job again; additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing American companies and developers from around the world, while being paid in dollars.

I am Vedasree. I am from Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I work as a software engineer at Turing. What I love most about Turing is the flexibility. I can wake up late, get in some exercise, cook and do whatever I want. Then I can start working. There is no constant pressure to stick to those particular timings. I can run my errands without worrying about wasting my office time. Most non-remote jobs in my country or locality require us to reach the office on time even if it's raining or stuck in traffic and whatnot. And we are only given only a day or two for leaves no matter how serious the issue is. With Turing, there is no such constraint.

Hello, my name is Fabian and I'm from Argentina. I work as a quality assurance analyst in the process automation industry. For the past three months, I've been working with Turing. What I like most about Turing is his ability to work as part of a team and his knowledge of individuals from all places and cultures. Working from home, where I am more comfortable and have access to my own computers, with a first-world paycheck while living in the third, is by far the nicest element of working remotely. You have the opportunity to choose the proper work and position for you; be honest with yourself and consider whether or not it will make you happy in the long run; use this knowledge to find your spot without delay

Hello, my name is Angelina and I'm from Oakland, California. I've been working at Turing for four months as an Account Executive. I assist excellent organizations in connecting with our worldwide pool of pre-vetted developers. I used to take a bus, then a train, and then another bus to go to my 9-mile-away job. Earlier, I was spending anywhere from 2 to 3 hours a day driving to an office to conduct a job that didn't need me to be present in person. We have a lot of openings at Turing, and we're growing fast, so apply for the exact jobs that pique your interest!

Hello, my name is Megha and I'm from Kolkata, India ( 5 months of experience with Turing). I'm an extremely upbeat Talent Acquisition Specialist who works on the non-technical side of Turing full-time. Turing was the most incredible decision I've ever made in the following ways: 1. Global exposure - Our internal team includes employees from practically every country, resulting in a culture that is both diverse and enjoyable. As a TA expert, I begin each day by engaging with someone from the United States, then Germany, Argentina, India, Japan, and so on. From the comfort of my own home, I have access to the whole world. 2. At Turing, there is no micromanagement. You are in charge of your initiatives, and the final results are more important than an overly convoluted procedure! 3. Rapid growth with twice-yearly assessments. The organization values its workers' efforts and ensures that they are compensated on time! One of my issues with non-remote work was the cost of relocation. 2. Time wasted in commuting on a daily basis 3. In the overall CTC, there is less transparency due to the low compensation range. Don't be concerned about the application procedure! Simply be yourself and tell us what you can bring to the table that no one else can. Turing is receptive to new concepts!

Hello, my name is Alex Minaev, and I'm from Latvia (currently living in London. UK). I work for the Enterprise team as an Account Executive. I market Turing to our clients, manage our internal connections, and focus on account growth. For the past four months, I've been working with Turing. The open-minded attitude, feedback culture, helpful colleagues, work circumstances (remote work, flexible hours, unlimited vacations, etc.), competitive compensation, and wonderful mission, in my opinion, are the finest aspects of Turing.com. Previously, I had to cope with transportation costs, workplace dress codes, excessive traffic, and 9-5 employment (no flexibility). All of these issues are solved by Turing. Be open, ambitious, daring, and adventurous; be open, ambitious, bold, and adventurous; be honest; work hard - play harder; get things done; be flexible; be courteous to others; provide feedback.

If you are looking for an opportunity, I highly recommend joining Turing.
