The company has an amazing work culture, flexible work schedules, a liberal leave policy, and accommodating colleagues. The company has carefully woven its work culture in such a manner that employees don't feel the blues of working remotely. Full marks to the management in this regard. Some of the disadvantages that I had to face while working in a non-remote setting were crazy traffic, wastage of time and cost, moral fatigue that comes with too much traveling, etc. Just go ahead and take the interview.
