It's been one and a half years since I have been working with Turing. My work is mainly to grow demand and supply. What I like about Turing is, the Turing remote team culture is pretty good. I've been an Account Executive on the Sales Team with Turing for the past year and I'm based in New York, USA. On a day-to-day basis, I'm constantly interacting with clients and engineers and love how Turing truly values humans and puts extreme effort into the experiences of each person we work with. Working remotely is a game-changer for me since it gives me the freedom and flexibility to travel all over the place. What I loved most about Turing and remote work is the chance to work with a very nice team from US, receive a stable and good income which would be impossible for me if it was a non-remote job.
Most jobs in my country are remote but low income job. And most high income jobs in my country is non-remote jobs. But Turing solved all of these problems for a guy who wants to have a high income job but still can work remotely like me.

I have found my Turing job super fulfilling. I had a chance to build a product from scratch with my current Turing client. It's one of the best experience I've ever had because we built something when it still discussed on paper to when this product was funded millions of dollar.

The time management and communication with a client in remote work can be a bit difficult at first but if you feel confident about your programming skills and you think you're good enough and deserve more income than your current job, don't be afraid to practice some soft skills and apply.
