It's been one and a half years since I have been working with Turing. My work is mainly to grow demand and supply. What I like about Turing is, the Turing remote team culture is pretty good. Love to work with people from all over the world and having a purpose, knowing that you're part of something bigger, causing a positive impact in people's lives and in the world is a great feeling. I would say if you want to work for a top US company, join Turing today.
I've been an Account Executive on the Sales Team with Turing for the past year and I'm based in New York, USA. On a day-to-day basis, I'm constantly interacting with clients and engineers and love how Turing truly values humans and puts extreme effort into the experiences of each person we work with. Working remotely is a game-changer for me since it gives me the freedom and flexibility to travel all over the place. I don't have to put so much effort into my schedule when it comes to outfits, food, finding time for myself, etc. My advice for anyone looking to join Turing would be to reach out and show us your drive, share your passions, and speak your voice because we want to hear it!
My name is Long Le. I'm from Vietnam. I'm a Fullstack developer with a specialization in NodeJS, ReactJS, Python. I have been Turing remote software engineer for more than a year. What I loved most about Turing and remote work is the chance to work with a very nice team from US, receive a stable and good income which would be impossible for me if it was a non-remote job.
Most jobs in my country are remote but low income job. And most high income jobs in my country is non-remote jobs. But Turing solved all of these problems for a guy who wants to have a high income job but still can work remotely like me.
I have found my Turing job super fulfilling. I had a chance to build a product from scratch with my current Turing client. It's one of the best experience I've ever had because we built something when it still discussed on paper to when this product was funded millions of dollar.
The time management and communication with a client in remote work can be a bit difficult at first but if you feel confident about your programming skills and you think you're good enough and deserve more income than your current job, don't be afraid to practice some soft skills and apply.
I have been working for a customer success team in Turing for the last 6 months. My role is all about employee engagement and satisfaction, cultivating a happy positive company culture, 1:1 calls, onboarding sessions and events, tournaments etc. I always dreamt of working at a tech company and here I am using my talent and my best skills to perform my job. I feel much more productive, creative and excited working remotely from everywhere I want to be. If you are looking forward to joining the Turing remote team, my advice would be to be proactive and trust your own skills, talent and abilities. Show your true colors embracing the company's mission and values. Remote work can be wonderful. I feel really blessed to be a Turing employee.
I'm Vedad Babic from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I'm a Turing.com mobile developer. I have been working with Turing for somewhat 10 months. It has definitely been a great experience so far. So this is what the Turing remote work experience is like for me.

- I don't have to worry about travelling with lots of traffic. And I don't have to get annoyed with bad drivers anymore: D
- The Turing hire process is very simple and easy to follow right from matching with a client to working with them
Cons
None really
My name is Sam and I'm a part-time employee based in the California. I have worked across various administrative roles on Turing's internal team over the past 8 months. I appreciate Turing for their flexible schedules, good rates, and the feeling of being a part of a company which is going places. For anyone hoping to succeed at Turing (or any remote-first company), I would recommend communicating your ability to work well in a remote setting in your application. Show that you can meet deadlines, collaborate across time zones, and be productive on your own time.
Hey, I'm Quang Nguyen. I'm based in Vietnam. I've been working as a software engineer for the past 7 years or so. Most of my experience has been in web development, with some Machine Learning/Data Mining experience thrown in. Turing really turned my life around. It has allowed me to explore my passion for creating long-term value for customers and applying new technologies to increase product quality. I also have a very healthy work-life balance now. Earlier, I'd spend hours commuting to work. But things work differently here. Remote work allows you the flexibility to spend time on yourself. For aspiring Turing developers, I recommend a proactive approach to the entire application and onboarding process. I really hope this Turing review has given you more insight into what your remote experience would be like!
I am Sunny. I am a Turing Fullstack developer from India. Generally I use programming languages like Ruby on Rails, Python etc. I have been a Turing remote engineer for 11 months now and it has been a great experience. Because of Turing and remote work I can connect with people from across this globe. Everyone I have had the chance to meet so far is very flexible, talented and hardworking. Plus I can work from anywhere I want to. I don't even have to worry about traffic and travelling. But my favourite experience here is that I have job stability and working with Turing clients for the long term.

Hello. I'm Elvis from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I'm an iOS software engineer. I'm glad to say that Turing helped match me to a hiring company in a super fast and smooth way. The entire process went wonderfully. Turing and the hiring company both delivered on their promises. If you are working remotely and trying to find a job as a remote software developer, it's important to find a company that doesn't give empty promises and actually follows through.
For people looking to become Turing developers, my advice would be to have a positive attitude. It is also good to be very responsive and have an adaptive and flexible outlook. Once you become a Turing remote software engineer, the best part begins. From the moment you get one of the Turing jobs, your life as a developer becomes easier. Turing gives you exactly what you need (from managing perspective). Your part from that point is just to develop.
I joined Turing.com as a technical content writer a few months back. I am a B. Tech (CSE) graduate and my experience with Turing has been amazing so far. I've been working with a global team across the world and gaining new experiences while interacting with some of the best engineers. I would like to appreciate the work environment at Turing where every opinion matters and we strive for continuous improvement. Before joining here, I went ahead to check Turing reviews on different sites and I was pretty excited by the reviews where people shared their experiences working from the comfort of their homes away from the hassle of city traffic, and getting better compensation as compared with local jobs. I'm glad that I joined Turing as I'm able to maintain a perfect work-life balance and enjoy both personal and professional life.
I have been associated with Turing for some time now. I am a computer science grad, and I work as a technical writer with Turing. My experience with Turing has been extremely good in terms of work, culture, compensation, and growth. My role at Turing gives me an opportunity to interact with some of the best engineers. Almost all of them find Turing as an excellent platform for remote developers to get top Silicon Valley jobs. The best part of Turing is that although it's a remote company, it makes sure to provide a sense of community to its employees.
Hi! I'm Sebastian and I'm from Colombia! When I started my journey as a freelance product designer, I was excited about the things to come but also very aware of the challenges that I would have to face.
The main struggle I had been dealing with was the need to invest most of my supposed free time into finding new clients and getting new projects. Usually, the projects I found by myself were short-term and, most of the time, not very exciting. This task alone was overwhelming, and it was taking its toll on the expectations that I had about being an independent professional.
I signed up to the Turing jobs platform with the idea that they were just another job board that would simply put me in touch with potential clients, but I couldn't be happier to be proven otherwise. So here goes my Turing review:
Turing finds me outstanding tech projects that match my abilities, take care of all the agreement details, and follow my relationship with clients every step of the way.
You feel fully engaged in a Silicon Valley tech start-up without sacrificing the perks that come with the freelance life. At the same time, you don't have to worry about late payments nor continuously looking for new projects. Turing is always paying attention to you and your projects, they feel like a professional companion.
Now I can truly say that I'm making the most of my career as a Turing remote freelance product designer, working with innovative tech start-ups across the USA, and stepping up my skills every day. In the meantime, I get all the free time I need and want, and the professional stability too, to do the things I couldn't do before.
Give Turing a go! You won't regret it!
I'm a full stack developer and solution architect from Pakistan. I've worked in the iOS application and web development industries for over 10 years now. My experience as part of the Turing developers' cohort has been quite fantastic; the onboarding process was seamless and help, if needed, was just a phone call away. My jobs coordinator helped me in every single aspect - from getting hired by high-profile clients to making sure my needs were met at all levels. My advice to new applicants would be this: the folks from Turing hire developers with a healthy work ethic and growth mindset. So polish these skills. Trust me, it really pays off in the end. I now have a great work-life balance and the independence to enjoy life as one should! Thanks Turing. May you go above and beyond!
Working with Turing has been the highlight of my career. As part of the Turing developer family, I get to work for top Silicon Valley-based companies and enjoy high compensation that surpasses local standards by a mile. Another unforgettable part of the remote working experience has been engaging with a thriving community of the world's most talented developers
