Omg! For some reason the target phone stopped updating and I couldn't get anything for a week...everything that I was told to do yesterday wasn't working...sooo...I came back on chat today and Nicky was helping me, it took some time and I'm sure she had to have been frustrated with me as I was with tryin to do what she said...I'm pretty sure we solved the problem unlinking the target phone and gonna relink tonite...it seemed nothing was working right...so new credentials and Nicky unlinked the target phone for me...so now I can start over tonite...she was so nice and patient to the end with me...its so great to have customer like this! Thank you Nicky! DJ

The product simply doesn't work for iPhone. I followed all the instructions given by cust service and it didn't work. So they agreed to give me a 60% refund and continue the service for the remaining time. However, they shut down the service after giving me the partial refund. So I contacted them stating that this was not what we agreed to. They reactivated my account but now nothing works. No data is downloaded except browser bookmarks. Horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

After using it a few times it became very easy to use and if I do have any problems, customer support are always available, responding quickly with all the help or information you need.
I can view everything I need to, including location, messages and social media apps.
