I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I received from your company. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative, and I cannot recommend your services to anyone.

Firstly, I found that there was no proper support available when I needed assistance. This made it extremely difficult for me to use your service and caused a lot of frustration.

Secondly, I was given false commitments which did not match the reality of the service provided. This left me feeling misled and cheated, and I was unable to trust your company.

Furthermore, I was unable to cancel my subscription, even though I found that the service was not working as mentioned. This added to my frustration, and I felt trapped in a contract that was not delivering what was promised.

Overall, my experience with your company was very bad, and I would not recommend your services to anyone. I hope that you will take steps to improve your support and ensure that your commitments are accurate, as well as making it easier for customers to cancel their subscriptions if necessary.

Umobix is an excellent app. It does everything it says that it will do! Thanks to Nicky Brown for her specialist customer skills when I needed help!

A great app with various features. The most important for me is the opportunity to see deleted info and be able to block suspicious websites. I also like the interface of my account, everything is easily accessible. I wish they had a mobile app though. But the best WhatsApp tracker compensates this deficiency.

I looked past the fact that it wasn't updated when it should assuming that was why location times were off, but then target began complaining about phone glitches to the point he got rid of the phone, claiming he lost it, convinced it was compromised. Kids are more savvy's than us. They can't be tricked so easily. So only got to use it for a month or two. That $ is down the drain and also for a new phone. They insist their app doesn't cause glitches, but now I see others had the same experience. Of course no refund n after reading these are worried they'd even attempt to charge me at the renewal date despite my clear dissatisfaction and inability to continue use, but hopefully I can get my card off unlike the other person.

Nicky from umobix and technical support team too were amazing, they solved my problem with much ease, very polite, very professional, company is really really lucky to have such an amazing and excellent team, well done

The service I received from you umobix was horrible the customer service was not helpful when the product did not work right or correctly then when telling him about the issue and asking for a refund on the matter since their product was not working correctly inform me that they won't give me a refund because it's part of the agreement when you pay for the application but they don't try to help you resolve the issue for the app to work correctly they just want to dispute that they won't give you your money back it was a horrible company I would not recommend using it for any reason at all because their customer service is very rude and disrespectful and they do not help with general questions and take forever to get back to you on with their responses

I purchased this thinking the talker device won't get notified. If you get this and if you have an Android I don't know if it works for iPhones. But on an Android if you have it installed and you're using the app a orange rectangle icon appears on the target device. Indicating that is being streamed. They refuse to give me my money back.

First off I'm john and I scribed for a year because I want to make sure my daughters are ok and not up to anything that could be harmful to them. I live in another state, I'm currently recovering from a bout with lung cancer. Any way I ran a search for services that don't need the target device present, this was the first in the list so I subscribed. I quickly found out that the target device must be present. I wrote the company chat and explained my situation and I asked for a refund because there is no way I can get a phone from another state in front of me. They denied my request, it felt as though they told me I was stupid for not reading the fine print, and to asd insult to injury they offered to put my membership on hold. I now don't have the money to get a service that can help me watch my girls. I ask you to please don't use this service and if you are locked in I'm sorry, hopefully you get what you are looking for and not end up like me paying for something that is useless. I've enclosed a pic of proof tht I realy did sign up for the service

I've tried several parental control apps and Umobix turned out to be one of the most useful for me. I get real-time location, all messages, calls and can even listen to surroundings. It has the best Whatsapp tracker. The only disadvantage is that I can't listen to calls. But hopefully they'll have this feature soon as well.

It's expensive but works really good, and very easy to install on target device. The user space is a bit cumbersome but it gets the job done just fine. They really need a app for the user space in the app store. Something simple and customizable. But the web user space gets the job done. Very impressive what you can monitor, even deleted texts and calls show up, and as deleted, so it really draws your attention to anything your child thinks there hiding from you. Highly recommend umobix. Richard

Pretty much u have to live with the target device, and this is what they say
Please keep in mind, our app is created to track a Child's target device, so it basically means you definitely have an access to it at any time as this is your child.

Permissions can be disabled for several reasons. Due to Antiviruses on the target device, battery optimizers, or updates to the target device itself.

The phone settings and app setting are right the app just stops and you have to restart everything
