Gave them a clean imei of the device. It's been 7 to 8 days. No status update of the device. I don't know which people are saying that they respond promptly. But I am disappointed. I ordered through the website after seeing the reviews. Now those reviews seem very biased.

My husband and I were looking to get out of this contract that we were in that never seemed to get paid off.
We found out about UNLOCKBASE and felt like had struck gold!
It is well worth the small fee that is included to receive the codes. The fee is much, much smaller than having to stay in that contract that you feel glued to, in addition to the purchase of that phone that is outdated after the second week of it coming out.
The process is very easy. You find your phone on their list, send in your info, and in a matter of minutes they send you the code to unlock your phone. Enter the code and VOILA! You're free!
Last but definitely not least, their email system is very quick. They don't make you jump through "hoops" and they respond efficiently.
We've been telling everyone about UNLOCKBASE. They are awesome!

After AT&T took $500 out my account but wouldn't activate my service. I contacted unlock base and they got my phone unlocked within three days I was skeptical about using the service because I wasn't sure if The services were real but they are absolutely real and worth it

The unlock code worked just like they promised.
Took a little longer than their promised time but when I emailed them about it they responded quickly and told me it was taking longer due to the vendor.

The only area for improvement would be in the time it takes to receive the unlock code, but, honestly; it is totally worth the wait. I was HIGHLY Satisfied with the level of service I received. Awesome service, the lowest price I could find online, and the fastest delivery of codes amongst all the other competitors.
