Not sure where all these great reviews are coming from. It's been 20 days (14 business days) since I placed my order and my phone still hasn't been unlocked. I've requested a refund 3 days now and still haven't gotten it. I'm now opening a claim with my card company.
Chances are that I will be purchasing from this vendor again.

It took 8 full business days but my iPhone 6 was unlocked and is now working perfectly on t-mobile. The wait sucks, but they were very upfront about it and 8 days is actually faster than the 14 they quoted. If I ever need to unlock another iPhone I will definitely use them again.

I paid for my iPhone 4S out of contract unlock. Two days later, I received an email stating that my phone is unlock. Today, I went to T-Mobile to get a sim and connected to iTune. After updating and restoring, that famous message came up, "CONGRATULATION,... "! Anyway, I would recommend this service to friends and family. Next step is to unlock my iPhone 5S.
