Ordered from untuckit and site kept telling me they couldn't verify my credit card. I knew the card was good but tried another card, same thing happened. It finally said the order was processed after about 7 times. Two days later they said it was canceled and they refunded me my money. I called and spoke to a rep named Fernando. He said there was a problem with their website and were trying to fix it. He said he could order the shirt for me. Fernando took 15% off and free shipping. Two days later my order was canceled again and refunded. I decided not to try and reorder again. Will never use Untuckit again and advise anyone not to waste there time.
I purchased several items from Untuckit to try them out. They have a process that estimates your size, and I used it. It seemed small for me, so I ordered items in their size recommendation and my own. It turns out that their recommendations were far too small (and no, I didn't lie about my weight or how big my stomach is). This is no big deal, but what is the deal breaker for me is that several of the items I purchased are "unreturnable" even though they haven't been opened or worn. This wasn't flagged or in any way brought to my attention when I purchased them. Since I paid full price, these weren't even cheap discount items. Really awful policy for an on-line clothing store. There are plenty of other options out there if you like nice shirts that you can wear untucked, don't risk your money here.

These shirts are the same size as a normal cut shirt and none of them sat where they should below the belt line. The slim fit were cut big. I made the mistake of ordering 6 of shirts and don't like any of them. Lesson learned.
Such a shame that I have to unsubscribe both our accounts. Having found some excellent products from UNTUCKit, with such an investment in assisting with correct sizing, I. Made the simple request to stop the useless email marketing from the. Com, USA side of the company. No use, and promoting products not available here in the UK, especially Women's wear - which could be viewed as saving me money, but still frustrating.
Could this be communicated, no, anybody listen, no, anybody interested in feedback, constructive or otherwise, no. Emails copied, for weeks now, to management, no response, no interest at all.
Given this, and the plethora of other options, it will be untucked shirts from anyone but UNTUCKit from now on.
It was not like this in the beginning but, as often happens, companies have success, grow, and then cannot cope with customer care any longer.
This will only get worse, but the good news is that for all people out there, prices will start to tumble, but without any customer care or interest this will only sustain them short term.
Remember, as many other reviews say, UNTUCKit sizing is different, good when you find the right one, but getting there with any number of returns, exchanges, refunds, shortages of stock along the way will be very difficult given the absence of customer care / service.

AND it gets worse, no contact, no response, no interest only more and more unwarranted marketing emails, cannot stop them.
All businesses make mistakes, all have problems, and how they deal with them sets them apart, but NEVER have I experienced a company who do not listen, and where you cannot "reach higher" to someone that does give a ****, as they remain faceless and anonymous to contact!
And remember the products are good, once you get the right size but, as already said, unless you get it right every time, or should you need customer support for anything, forget it!
Such a shame.
You will however get to know which customer care agents like "cats", walking, outdoors or any number of personal details which, without any listening or actual customer care, is really just pointless, irritating and patronising!
Claim their shirts are wrinkle free, quite the opposite, very prone to excessive wrinkles and shirts run very small. Not high quality material. $20 shirts with a $90 price tag.
I wrote to untuckit about a shirt that had worn prematurely. All I wanted was a replacement and all I got was the run around. Too bad for them. I had been a good customer but no more. Sent them several messages but they obviously couldn't care less. Lots of other places to do business.
I ordered a GiftCard on December 17th. They said it would be delivered by December 25th. I opted for a physical GC opposed to a digital GC, because the person receiving the gift likes tangible gifts. However, It is now January 3rd and I still do not have the physical GC because they have not shipping it out.
On December 28th after no shipping or tracking updates, I did request a refund for shipping that was $20, and requested them to process a digital GC instead.
I received the $20 shipping fee back, but still have not been issued a GC. I spent $150. This has been a terrible experience and the person I ordered for keeps asking me when they will get their Christmas present. Its a GC this should not be that difficult. I am embarrassed because the person waiting on their gift probably thinks I'm lying about the GC.
Please do not purchase from this store. They have no customer service and deliver a product that will not fit and do not care about getting it right. I purchased a shirt using their online fitting guide. What a mistake! The shirt I received was at least two sizes too small. And the worst part of it all is that they will not take returns. It was a $55.00 shirt I bought in good faith and they will not allow me to return it. They will only issue an "in-store-credit" which means you get to pick out another shirt you are pretty sure will not fit you. I cannot believe these guys advertise as a small "American" business and do not care about hard working American customers. I am a teacher and I cannot afford to make a mistake when I buy something. I just thought all businesses would allow returns. NOT this store. And I made this as a Christmas present to myself to wear at my family dinner. Now I am stuck with a shirt that will not fit even most 15 year old boys. This company has a poor business model. Please save yourself a ton of money and hassle. Go with a company that allows returns for real.
I placed an order on 9/7/2021 and was scheduled to receive on 9/10/2021. This was later changed to 9/15/2021 (today). Its again changed to 9/21/2021. On contacting UNTUCKit, they are blaming UPS. I have no sale contract with UPS. This is my first time purchase from UNTUCKit... utter disappointment. I will promptly return the items as soon as I receive them, if ever.
While I was perusing through their website, I came across a solicitation to sign up for membership and the hook was they would provide an additional 20% off the purchase, so based on this I decided to sign up to take advantage of that offer. Based on the additional 20% off I proceeded to buy hundreds of dollars of shirts, which took essentially forever to arrive. Much to my surprise, the 20% additional discount wasn't subtracted from the purchase. When I called to inquire why The discount wasn't applied, I was told they don't apply a discount to a discounted item. Nowhere does it say that, when you sign up. Suffice it to say, that was very misleading, and deceptive. As a matter of principle, I have sent back every item yesterday and will never do business with them again, I suggest you consider the same. Ironically, even without the extra 20% discount, I would have ultimately purchased the shirts anyway. They lost a customer just to fulfill the need to get my email address so they can Inundate me with promotional emails. Good luck if you choose to do business with them.
I bought a shirt for my husband online and right out of the shoot the online experience was horrible. Maneuvering around on the site was miserable to say the least. It gives you a first time discount but wouldn't let me enter it in so I had to contact customer service, another waste of time nightmare! Finally got the discount and they charged my card and waited a week for the shirt. The shirt didn't fit so I returned it the next day. Just received an email saying they received it back but I do t get my money back for 10-15 business days! Funny, they didn't wait that long for me to pay them!
This company is a waste of time people! Customer service is eh and the product is even more mediocre. Save your money and shop locally fir a better deal, less hassle and free returns! I'll never buy here again!
I've tried to forgive the incompetence this company exhibits but at this point it's not possible. After messing up my order, sending it to the wrong address, not mitigating the issue, and now blatantly ignoring my emails with customer service reps, I've had enough. It appears I'll never get my $200 back, or the products that they never sent.
Way overpriced. Material was thin and cheap. Sizes are not even close. XL Henley was 6 inches short on the arms and I could barely get it on. Avoid and keep searching.
They have a great hook. Their customer service is virtually non-existent! They are an e-commerce company that takes at least 10 days to deliver their product. Its been two week since I put my order in. They blamed UPS... said there was a scanning issue. I deal with UPS every day. When asked UPS was unaware of any problems.
In summary Untuckit asks all the money for their product and deliver inferior product. I suggest you buy your shirts on sale at Joseph Banks, have them tailored perfectly!
Lots of sizzle but very little steak. I bought three shirts from this company and each was of marginal quality. I actually like the "George" line at Wal-Mart and believe that these garments, from UnTuckit, emulate them quality wise. I noticed no appreciable difference, length wise, between the two. Spending almost $200 for three shirts may work for some, and I thought I'd try it once, which I did, but shall never make the same mistake a second time.
Ordered three shirts exact same size. One so small could not button. One was too tight. The other was just OK.
Sizing is not consistent.
Untuckit did not respond to my TWO emails.
My son sent me a link for a Christmas idea and I ordered this dress shirt the day after Thanksgiving. They immediately sent me an order number and tracking information but several weeks out the shirt never shipped. It took a little bit to reach customer service but once I did they immediately researched on their end and kept in daily contact with me. Not sure what happened to the original order but they made it right by shipping the exact shirt I ordered very quickly and in time for Christmas. My son loves their shirts!
I have now ordered several items at different times from Untuckit. Unfortunately several items have been sold out. Untuckit has done what they can to resolve these issues. I find that they do care about their customers and will do what is right to retain them.
Answer: If you order on-line it is very difficult. If you are not in a city that has a storefront location then don't risk it.
Answer: The quality of the shirts is below average for the cost. The black and dark blue faded significantly after a few trips to the dry cleaners. However printed shirt still look good after a couple of years.
Answer: The return process is not customer oriented. You have to stay all over them for a response. Don't recommend ordering on-line.
Answer: Greed. These shirts are made in foreign countries where the people who make the shirts are paid probably paid subsistence wages allowing them to eat a single bowl of rice per day with an added fishhead once a week. Do you think these poor, underpaid people care about making your shirt? Trust me, they don'-t.
Answer: Consider your self lucky because the shirts are not worth the price
