When my product arrived i thought it wont be easier for me to open since instructions were not included in the package. But when i opened it. I was surprised! I can even used it witout any instrucrions. Very easy to use products!

ZERO STARS: I purchased a lighbox that came damaged (broken plastic box as well as magnets falling off. They sent a replacement, only to see it had the same problem. They refuse to issue a refund or supply me with a free return shipping label unless I return the item back to China, which is more expensive than the item! Why should anyone have to pay for return shipping on an item that arrrived damaged! My credit card is refunding me the money, but that's not the point. It is my opinion that this company has bad business practices! Stay clear!

My item arrived broken. Why do you refuse replacement or refund? I mailed pictures, about 15 times and I keep receiving stupid answers... very frustrating
I purchased the photo light box and solar turntable from Upkeepyoga. When I eventually received them I was very disappointed. There was no branding on the package and no invoice which raised a red flag. When I opened the package the light box was fine, although somewhat overpriced. The turntable was broken due to the inadequate packaging. It was also a lot smaller than expected and of very poor quality. Something that cost $28.99 looked like it cost no more than $1.50 to make. I contacted the company and they wanted me to mail it back, refusing a refund. I am now expected to return it and wait for a replacement, which will take months. I am still waiting to hear about who is going to pay for the return shipping!
I got my Photobox from upkeepyoga and I love how it works! At first, I was worried because of the delay but its worth the wait. It made my photo products (cause im selling online) look amazing and clearer than ever. Can definitely catch someone's attention. Thank you for the good customer service and for the product.
Despite my hesitation to order from a company so far away, I did so and regret it. Ordered the light box you've all likely seen on Facebook & Instagram in addition to a black reflective base & a lens kit for my mobile phone. Well, box has arrived damaged, no instructions, won't start doing, there is NO light for it, a USB cable, inserts that are marred, plus, that lens kit? Largest 'lens' won't fit in the housing as it's the same size. 'Cheap' goods for $120NZD. Am awaiting a reply from Upkeep Yoga but fairly confident my money is gone. Lesson learned.
