I got all my lovely items from Upkeepyoga safely, all in very good condition. The items are good looking and in good quality as well. I have tried ordering on their site as they have a lot of lovely items. I was hesitant because of these reviews I have read. But I was simply surprised when I got my item. I will surely order more from them
I have ordered an Incense Burner on October 15,2016, received it in pieces on November 22,2016. The same day I sent UPKEEPYOGA an email with a picture of my broken incense burner to ask for a refund or a replacement. Was promised a replacement. In December 2016 and January 2017, two of my emails were answered by thanking me for my patience. In February never received an answer to my two last emails. Today is February 22,2017. This burner cost me 40 Can $.
I wish I had read the review prior to placing my order as I would have run a mile! I ordered four bracelets, the first two arrived after four weeks while the other two were sent individually and arrived seven and eight weeks after the order! Customer service non existent and it certainly was not worth the wait for the bracelets as they are cheap and nasty!
I never received my order and they refused to give a full refund! They even asked me to claim to the transportation company... unbeliveable! Clearly NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just run away!

I purchased an item over 7 weeks ago, it was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, but nothing came! The company couldn't give me the whereabouts of my item, and they refused to give me a refund, they simply said: "It's somewhere in transit so you just have to wait, only after 60 days we may consider an item as lost or stolen" Well, that's not what their website advertises! They are misleading us. They offered no apologies for the delay!
I would still be waiting for my item bought almost 50 days ago if I hadn't decided to dispute the charge with PayPal. I warned them that I will dispute the charge and I will go public with my complain if they didn't give me a refund but they did NOTHING to prevent it.
My request was only for such small amount, they didn't care loosing a customer! I hope they loose many more for being so unreasonable. Their answers were just ridiculous!
Take my advise, don't buy from this company, you will regret it.
They are the epitome of a scam company! I ordered an "oil painting" that was three pieces and when put together was a picture of Buddha. What arrived (after 4-6 weeks, because they are in Singapore) was a cheap silk screen thing rolled up. I emailed them that I wanted to return it knowing full well that I would have to pay the shipping cost back. When I opened the roll to find 2 panels were exactly the same, I let them know I wouldn't not be paying the shipping back, since the item was defective. They still refused to pay the shipping back even when I sent a photo of what had arrived. After numerous emails back and forth, the most they offered to credit me was 70% of what I paid. To save the rest of my sanity I opened a claim with my credit card company and was very thankful they sided with me because the "item I got wasn't as described" There is a site similar to this one that lists multiple similar complaints. I wish I would've researched better before I gave them my money :(
