Said it'll b delivered 2/9, next day said I had to come pick it up; I checked the website. Said can't come pick it up because will be delivered by 2/12 7:00pm the next day( no longer@ pick up location) the day after it's back@ the $#*!ing location, even if I have already updated access code. They didn't care to use amazons instructions or the one from ups. When I check the website it doesn't even show the update process anymore. In all website sucks, update sucks, the workers don't care about customers. Waste of my time.

I feel like yelling at whoever is trying to deliver my package😡😡😡😡😡. I am sick of waiting for my package. Tried three delivery attempts without any success. Just give a call on the my number which you already have outside the package. Please don't waste your time and my time.
I tried to send a notorized contract to Orlando Florida, and purchased the "there by noon tomorrow" UPS solution. Sufficed to say, at noon the next day, the package still wasn't there, and the tracking number showed nothing. I then tried to talk with a customer service agent to find out what was going on (good luck with that!). When I finally did get to talk to an agent, he kept blaming the store saying the package was never picked up from the store, so I went to the store while on the phone with him, and the store manager showed me the package was picked up, and in Concord Ontario. So in effect, they were pointing the finger at one another. In a nutshell, they lost the package, meaning I had to spend another $450 to get another package notorized, $2000 in late fees, but will get a refund ($54) from UPS. I will never use this inept organization again.

Every time I have tried to have something delivered to me, it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Their customer service tries as hard as possible to NOT connect you with a real person, every single time.
I have dealt with them enough now, so I avoid UPS as much as humanly possible. I do everything I can through USPS.
Sender notified me that package had been sent on Jan. 19th, est. Delivery time 5 days. A week later I checked with sender and got tracking # for package and it was still at ups. Ups said there was an address issue. I called seller and he gave me the address that the package was sent to, which is the correct address. Tried to get answers from ups robots and all they did was tell me to go back to the sites i had already been on. Just a royal runaround. Tried to call "customer service", got another robot that told me to go back to the sites the other robots told me to go to. On Feb. 6th I got email from ups and sender that package had been delivered. It had not been. I called seller and he checked and the package had been sent back them. He repeated the address on the package and it is correct address. More robot time with ups still no straight answer as to why my package had been returned to sender. Finally got hold of non English speaking real person at ups who could only tell me,[from what little that I could understand] that there were issues with the address. Ups has delivered here many times in the past no problem. Ups made no attempt to contact me about any address issues and I still haven't gotten a straight answer. "customer service" non existent. Just bunch of robots with canned responses to tell you to visit another site, when you ask a question they don't have a canned answer to they close the chat. A big joke with constant runaround
I received a package back from UPS today. I'm thankful it wasn't delivered. It was damaged as was the contents. Be careful what you trust UPS to ship. They also attempted 3 times to deliver the package to a business when It was suppose to go to an apartment.
Bad customer service, actually the worst
This is the worst customer service, i am trying to contact somebody from the billing department from yesterday, i called like 40 times, they just transfer me to somebody else and after like one hour i return to the same person, what is this, i will not use your service again, you loose a customer but you dont care. I pay for two day shipping they received after 4 days, and what you do, i am sorry, what should i do with your sorry?
They lost my shipment for the second time, and this time the value of the shipment was more. It arrived and he took the stores that contained it, and as a result they lost it. When you ask where my pax is, the response is very reckless. It is lost, and we do not know the reason, and you did not put insurance on it, so we cannot compensate you. They steal the pax and do not compensate you, and they fail. It happens. You have to insure your truck. This is their excuse to justify the theft. It is dishonest. I will not remain silent about the loss of my shipping bucks, even if it comes to filing lawsuits against them.
Paid high dollar for 2 day shipping and ended up taking over 6 days due to leave the package was only 20miles from me and weather was clear called to get a shipping refund and they said due to weather my package was delayed what a bunch of bs they put on tracking due to weather and because of this you will not receive a refund
UPS did not do their job delivering a package that I needed, when they said they would deliver it. They then lied and said they did attempt to deliver it. I stayed home from work to wait for a replacement phone because I need my phone for work. It never showed up. They then tried to show up this morning without any communication with me. They then said they were going to charge me money to have to come pick it up myself, or to have it sent to another location. They will screw you over and drain every single dollar they can to make your life hell. Customer service has absolutely 0 control or solutions to anything. No one has any idea what is going on and they all blame each other. I will have to spend 2 whole work days doing their job for them because the magnitude of ineptitude is so massive that they cannot do the one thing their company is supposed to do, deliver packages that require signature, when they say they are going to. Absolute joke of a company.
I have had multiple packages consistantly extremely late the past month. I know we've had bad weather across the country, however, there has been grotesque overuse of that being the excuse. These packages make it across the country just fine or maybe a day late. But then they get to Bend Oregon, where they sit for several days, stating day after day, the package will be late due to extreme weather conditions. I live 30 minutes from Bend. I have also driven to Bend during these " bad weather conditions". It's been in the 50's and 60's for weeks. How stupid do you think we are? I am sick and tired of your lies. Who is responsible for all the lies you put on tracking? Who is responsible for stating its on a truck when it isn't? It's NOT the drivers. Who is responsible for all of these lies? My guess would be the supervisors, managers on up the list. They are responsible for everything and everyone down the line. Sadly its the Drivers and Customer Service Agents who get the angry frustrated customers, so the supervisors, managers and the like, don't have to take responsibility.
Well I, for one, appreciate the Drivers and Customer Service Agents for taking all the crap for what their supervisors, managers and up, set them up for. You all deserve a HUGE raise and "thank you" from all those above you. As for those "above", shame on you all.
Terrible worst service, no communication and rescheduled my package. First they give you a timeslot then they missed that and then say end of day, again missed that, no package. This happened 2 days in a row, rang UPS customer service they said end of day, still nothing.
The website doesn't allow to change anything should it be required. It's very buggy and very unreliable and it's very sad it's come to this. I'd say do better but I think most people in the same dilemma know that's not gonna happen. Very disappointed and never doing business with them again.

I had important package coming from Doctor. I was going out of town for almost a month. It came up my address was incorrect. It was right address,the driver to damn lazy to look for house number! I called UPS they said it would be delivered the day I called, I gave them directions well still did not come. This was Friday, package will not come until Monday. I had to go out of town without my package from my Doctor because of this. The idiot when I called back I asked her for number to my local UPS she gives me the number I just called and she said they are closed! I believe a monkey could do their job hell a monkey probably do a better job
My shoes have delayed multiple times because of "bad weather" there is no ice on the road and barley any snow you get paid to do your job not to always delay stuff😒 1 star

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America.
