This palette is a soft case FYI. My product came damaged because it is not in a hard case. It must have been dropped in transit because the colors are loose or have fallen out. I have sent Urban Decay pictures of the damage as they requested and they are saying it does not prove the enough damage! They are choosing not to believe that their product is damaged and not do the right thing and send me a new product! Poor customer service. I also bought the honey which came in perfect condition so again I am assuming because this one is not protected by a hard case it gets damaged in transit and they will not replace it. This makeup is too expensive to waste your money to not have the company not do the right thing.

You have a very good service. Because of your cleaning up the problem. The reason I especially like your service is that you send emails instead of calling. I have dealt with other services who also have good services but they call and I use their latest service for a 5 year supply then a year later they call again and want me to use more when I still have over a year supply left. I get tired of all their calls.

Ordered from urban decay on Black Friday. Was charged the following day and told my items shipped. After 6 phone calls with 4 kids at home. I finally got told 4 days before Christmas that I won't be getting my order in time. After I was told a loss prevention team would contact me but never did. Then to have half my items cancelled that I had already paid for and was not told were being cancelled after they told me they reshipped the entire order because it was lost/stolen?! No sorry? No gift card for my inconvenience? No coupon? Nothing literally NOTHING! Except an order that was shipped a month in advance that won't be here for Christmas and also half cancelled? I'm super understanding and was kind to everyone I spoke to, but at this point I'm really disgusted with the company. Hopefully someone reaches out about my reviews. I might be calling corporate otherwise.

Urban Decay was super shady about my order. I signed up for their email program to get a free qift with purchase but, after looking at my receipt realized I didn't get it. No big deal. So I called to have them add it. They said that he couldn't make adjustments to an order so he cancelled it and looked at my $48 order and said I could apply this coupon code to get the gift. Hung up, went to reorder, applied the coupon code, coupon code denied. Okay... Called back. They said "oops, that gift is only for purchases over $60! I'm so sorry they told you you could use it." Well shoot. Couldn't reverse the cancelation and takes 3 days to return the money. Welp, guess I still have to reorder and am out double the amount I planned on until they return the money from the original order to my account. But then, get this: My original order receipt said it was $48.29, but they charged $49.29 to my account. Whatever, I'll get it back. But then my second order with the SAME EXACT thing came out to $47.71 on the receipt but they charged me $48.41 according to my bank account. What gives!?

I expected much more out of such a well-funded, seemingly reputable, international brand like Urban Decay. It's disappointing to say the least.

I am professional model and I know everything about good make-up, and especially about long-lasting make-up, which looks great on the camera. As a brand, Urban Decay is quite cool and what I like most that is cruelty-free, that is quite good! And I should confess that it looks qute good, but not all products for daily use, cause they are quite heavy. Whta I like the most is eye shadows palettes, which are quite great with good shadow sets.
