Would suggest that Kaspersky note to customers that U.S. Global Tech operates on their behalf. People such as myself are very wary of who they are communicating with given the invasion of malware already affecting their computer.

I was having security problems on my computer and had no idea what was going on. I went to my Kaspersky webpage and made contact with their online customer service who connected me to US Global Tech. The technical support person was really great. They walked me through each step. When I didn't understand what I needed to do they were patient and they would repeat the step until I got it right. The technician worked remotely on my computer within the time frame given and called when there was anything I needed to do from my end. The entire process was without complication and I was very satisfied with the result.
