The onboarding experience was quick, easy, and informative. I look forward to seeing where this partnership goes. I was given the tools and resources needed to get in touch with them if there are in any issues, told what to expect, and given time frames for everything.
I was able to close a lead in my month four. And I'm working on a second lead that is getting prequalified to purchase. I was very skeptical when I signed up but it looks like it is paying off. The staff that I spoke to was friendly and very responsive to my needs.
I just signed up with USHUD. So far both agents I have spoken with have been very nice, caring, and honest. Waiting to see what real estate leads I receive.

I subscribed to the USHUD Cooperative in October 2022 and I love that I receive a text message AND an email with the details that the user has provided. I don't have to worry that a USER (buyer or seller) is also being shared with other agents. Through the years, I've enjoyed receiving leads from USERS wanting housing information for my specific area.
Most of the leads have been for buyers, but some are also sellers who need to sell their homes to purchase.
DISCLAIMER: As with a number of online forms being generated by a user, a few have provided a bogus email and/or phone number. That is to be expected with this process.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by the USHUD Cooperative. Their customer service is extremely responsive and timely.

I received a call from Patricia a couple of days ago. She was super nice and answered all my questions. After careful consideration, I decided to sign up on yesterday.
