What is the purpose of mailbox numbers when these ignorant fools can't read them? Constantly sending packages to the wrong addresses. What is ironic is USPS keeps going up on shipping fees and stamps. Something is seriously wrong here. Perhaps if USPS started deducting the cost of lost packages from the delivery drivers paychecks, this would stop! USPS drivers are overpaid when they screw up like this. Maybe glasses should be mandatory for all delivery drivers!

Turned in 4 separate change of address forms, still not getting our mail after three months. The mail can't be found. Evidently just thrown away. Bills not received and now going delinquent, credit rating being damaged. Twin Falls Idaho post office needs to be investigated. I am sure nothing can be done cause its a government operation. I can show no proof, we got no mail.
Of course the net screen down says I cant tell or will be subject to prosecution

On Wednesday, January 24, I spent $30.65 to mail a Manila envelope-sized package to a law firm in New York by overnight mail from my Florida address. The post office said that my mail would be delivered the next day on Thursday, January 25 by 6 PM. I checked the tracking number yesterday and today and my package still has not been delivered. I called my local post office and was told that there is no one available that can talk with me. I called an 800 post office number and was just able to listen to a recording from the post office that said that multiple severe weather systems are slowing down the mail, but I checked the weather in New York and there are no severe weather problems. I haven't heard of any severe weather patterns in any parts of the eastern United States. In my view, this is theft. To charge all that money and not deliver the service that was promised is Highway Robbery. I should be issued a refund. Next time I will use UPS instead of USPS if I want something to get there as promised.

Certified mail

On December 6th 2023 I sent my rent via 2 day certified mail. They rental agency never received it and it hasn't come back to me. This is completely outrageous! Today is January 25th 2024.

I've lived in Piru for 2 years now, and one of the pleasures of the community is Monique and Eric at the local Post Office. They are a joy to know. I don't feel like a customer with them, I feel like I'm part of the family. The two of them make such a great team, no one is perfect but I must say, I've been here for 2 years and they have been error less. 100% great customer service. My 6 year son Benjamin loves him some Monique.
What a model site? They know what they are doing and they provide outstanding customer service to our community, and by the way, they are some of most honest people I've ever met.

I called customer service. And I asked that the package to be sent back to the sender. They refused and told me to do it online. I told them online wasn't working plus my package was not eligible. They suggested another choice that they can hold the package with mail till I pick them up. I told them no. They are lousy! Franklin post office in Wisconsin

Not delivered

We pay for express delivery and it's not delivered for 6 days! Terrible service! We pay for something fast and the company doesn't bother to provide assistance or update the tracking code.

Title says it all. 4 out of 10 times I get something off amazon and it comes through usps it arrives 5 days after expectation and or broken. The last three items I purchased and came through them the first and second was broken and the third was supposed to arrive yesterday and is now delayed.

I also watched our postal worker Punch our mail box door and break it because he said it was too full. It was about 3 quarters full and we were just coming home from out of state. They have also ended service to us multiple times and write that "customer requested a stop" because the worker doesn't want to deliver that day I suppose. So I have to go into the post office to get it undone and pick up our mail.

Sorry excuse of a government run delivery system. My stuff is ALWAYS late, lost, damaged. I'm no longer shipping with them unfortunately most of my packages come through them. I'm still waiting for a package from less than a 100 miles from me. No bad weather, just poor excuse of service. It's been a week. I hate the usps

The postal service is just one of many government entities that provide HORRIBLE service. Charge way to much for your shotty services. I'll ship any other way from now own. Seems like most of my packages are delivered via horse back due to the amount of time it takes to get here...DAMN, JUST DO BETTER BUT YOU WONT BC YOU CANT.

I really wish usps would keep their nasty paws off my packages, after I receive these 2packages I'm done ordering online! Mail carrier is so lazy she doesn't attempt to do her job, she is lazy and unproductive. It kills her to ring a bell or knock, better yet put it on my screen porch. Oh no she'd rather put a pink slip in the box and keep driving. I delivered newspaper for years and customers appreciate when u do your job to the best of your ability not the bare minimum. Supervisor wants to tell me how long the carrier worked in the area, I don't care! Give her a lifetime off clearly she is burnt out or just plain lazy and doesn't need a customer service job period! Until UPS, Dhl start back delivering I'm done with online ordering.

…I'm completely upset with this carrier and can say I've never had a harder time with anything else - just to get my packages to me. First of all in this past month I've had 2 packages be "delivered", and yet they are not. I live in an apartment complex, with a SECURE package room. Nothing. NOT ONLY THAT, they claim u can make a handful amount of claims - but when I go to try to start one for this situation - their website doesn't work! Icing on the cake, so there goes my MONEY ON NOTHING. Their delivery don't care not one bit.

After calling for 2 days and sending a fax (no one ever answered), I used the "contact us" feature on the website and stated that I can called and faxed and that I thought it was inexcusable for a federal employee to not answer the phone. Natalie from the Elizabeth Post Office called me back and stated that she had got my complaint. Then proceeded to tell me, "to clarify, I don't work for you, we don't operate from tax dollars", she called me a jerk and stated that I was entitled because I didn't understand how busy they are the day after a holiday. I told her that every business (who wants to remain in business) should answer the phone when customers call. She hung up on me.
Wow! Send an email, don't buy stamps, go paperless, whatever you can do to NOT use the Post Office. This is why their reviews are so bad - people like they have at the Elizabeth Post Office. Horrible Customer Service!

USPS has become terrible in delivery of packages. My regular postal worker is awesome but the individuals sorting packages is horrible. One package was in Houston but it was sent to OKLAHOMA! I LIVE IN KATY, TX RIGHT OUTSIDE OF HOUSTON! Another package was literally on my doorstep in Houston and was sent to Florida. I think the sorters need to be reviewed. It is a waste of everyones time the way the postal sorters are NOT doing their jobs.

Always Late

They are never on the set time, every single time they are late. I've had packages be delivered to my state and I thought I would get it sooner, then I check it again and its across the whole US. Packages are always damaged and never taken care of. A terrible delivery service and they need to get their $#*! straight
