Unprofessional company. I asked for some general questions before payment and they said hire different consultants. They dint care about you. Poor management and staff lack basic knowledge
As per my experience, I won't recommend Values tax for the IRS. Please go with other services for low price.
Read all bad reviews, same thing happen with me. Group of idiots. I made mistake. Don't hire them. For sure they don't know US tax laws.
Been on calls with them clearly mentioning that my name needs to be spelled correctly. In spite of that they still had incorrect name in my forms. The preparer had no idea how taxes were calculated, unable to answer my questions. Please run and find another service.
Unprofessional and arrogant. After providing all information and documents, they have missed to disclose all the details. I got audit and was asked to pay balance. When I cross verified, the tax filed and the difference then found out the mistakes made by values tax.
All the good feedback provided on this portal or on valuestax portal are fake.
My federal taxes were done by them for 19$, now for amendment they are charging 29$ for small change.
I don't recommend them.

Three times he did mistake. I got fine from state and federal becuase of his mistake. Asking me to pay extra amount to correct his mistake.

I got my 2018 tax filed through valuetax. Got notice from IRS with lot of penalties to pay back the dues. ValuesTax are very careless and blamed their software and they don't have experience with filing Taxes and running the show from outside the country. I recommend not to use their service.
Also, I got audited for 2016 and had to pay Tax assessment with huge penalties and interest and the valuestax team was unable to produce proper explanation and they said they are not liable for any issues arising from filing. They are a bunch of team just looking for tax fees. I wouldn't recommend these unethical team for anyone.
I have filed my 2018 year tax returns with Values Tax. The staff is very efficient and guided me well in filing my Tax returns. Finally i say Values Tax is Best.

They are a bunch of frauds who let you into a trap by offering $9 tax filing. Just a few days ago they filed my taxes and I got debited 3 times Tax amount close to $3000. The gave me wrong information very confidently. Also, when I enquired about the person who advised me incorrect information, they claim he has resigned. Now when I call them back asking for the issue they very conveniently say. You should have known that. If I knew everything why would I take help of them? After I proved it's their mistake. This company has a team of people who does not understand what you are talking. While filing for the taxes the team has approved the wrong set of documents sent by me without checking anything. I later realised the mistake and approached them. When tried to check them on why this was approved they have no answer and keep disconnecting the call when the same question was asked.
I also had some questions regarding the payment for amendment and when tried to ask them, the guy started off talking rudely as if its my fault.
Tried to check talk to the manager but the team was absolutely useless and they don't let me talk with him. They just wait until you receive your payment and then they just don't give a $#*!.
