The agreement looks like you are paying $1.00 for a report on your car. However, you are charged $28.95! We received a text moments after I agreed to the $1.00. "Chase Fraud: Did (my name) charge $28.95 at VEHICLE HISTORY on 8/07? Reply YES or NO."
We replied NO and my credit card was instantly closed down! Clearly, Chase has had problems with VEHICLE HISTORY in the past to send me a fraud alert. Now, I have to update all my auto payments relating to my card! To say that I'm angry is an understatement! Do not do business with this company, you will be sorry.
They do not accept all the negative reviews that people try to put on there site, About vehicles that they own, I tried to 2 different times in October/ 2022, To put a review about, The use 2018/ Chevy Cruze that i have, About a intermittent problem with the brakes The reviews were showing, After i finish writing them, But within less then hour, I went back on the site, My review was not showing anymore.

I have recently bought a car from my friends but he seemed so suspicious to me, and I started to think that he probably could cheat on me. He told me that everything is okay with his car and I trusted his word because we have been acquinted for more than ten years. Anyway, when I started to suspect him in cheating I applied to this company in order to check the vehicle history in order to understand what was going on with his car during the tim when he owned it. I checked everything quite fast and I want to thank this company for providing me with such an opportunity.
As advertised. Quick, easy, no hassles. Came to my house on time. Michael Mullinax was very professional. Took less than an hour to complete everything, including signing paperwork and presenting a check for the amount estimated on phone. Picked the vehicle up the next day. A pleasure doing business with him and them. Thank you "
Horrible customer service and site. I was overcharged when it mentioned a certain price and then they put me in a monthly payment. When I tried to get a refund through chat and email support, 3 times I had to ask for a refund. All times they stated it was being canceled then even tho I canceled it a week prior. They don't send email confirmations and don't even try to contact you for help. Said a week ago that it would be 3-5 days for a refund posted but I see no pending refunds and no email confirmation. Worse company and service ever. They do not even try to help you. Just empty words about having tech support reach you shortly. Do not go through this horrible company. My worst experience EVER trying to get service and help.

Located the vehicle in a matter of minutes and retrieved all the info in less than 10 minutes. Was fast and easy to do, very easy site to navigate. Thanks for a site that works.
For a dollar, I got a ton of information about a vehicle I was interested in buying. I learned about any recalls it had had, how many owners/times sold as well as when and where it was manufactured and what "incidents" were reported on this vehicle. It is well worth the cost. Additionally, I got a several texts from a live person when I was looking ( late night on a Saturday) to make sure that I had received access to the information and would answer any qirlestions I might have had. Was nice that it wasn't an automated thing. What a great service.
I was given a very detailed report of the car I was interested in. And they even offer more facts about the car if you want them. It was also easy to understand and follow. I will be using this company for my car shopping!

Was charged the advertised 1.00. Then charged again 3 more times for unauthorized transactions. Called the number asking for a refund and was told I would receive a call back. Have not heard back at all. Submitting a claim with my bank.
I was looking at the 2007 gmc and one of the specs was a 6.0l vortec and it says it runs diesel fuel. And it even has a diesel cap on its tank. Here's the deal that year up to today the Diesel engine is a duramax and the gas engine is a v8 vortec. Keep this in mind you put the wrong fuel in your truck it's over for that engine if you run it too long on that tank.
Say cost is 1.00 and then get charged another 18.95, signed up for the 1.00 report, they charged 1.00 then charged 18.95, looks like a scam Plus it did not show an accident that Carfax shows

I own a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum model. Generally the car is great, but I have one small irritating complaint. The Driver's Information Screen, directly in front of the Driver, fades away in strong sunlight, but is fine and legible in the garage or at night.
The local Service Dept. instructed me to fix this problem by placing a piece of tape over the light sensor on the top of the dashboard, and not to use the Auto headlight setting.
My car now thinks it is night all the time. Anybody else have any ideas?
