Delivery of the mattress was great.
Suggestion: It was a little too firm in the beginning, took my partner and I a while to get use to.

Suggestion: Honestly, nothing. If we wanted something different, you had it in the store.

Easier control of the opposite side. When im snoring my wife needs to walk over to the opposite side adjust the bed and then slap me a little
Suggestion: Ability to heat and cool it. It would be awesome if i could change my wife's side when im not happy with her

Back and neck pains which appear to have been caused by my old, saggy mattress have gone away.

Still having trouble with sagging in the middle of the bed!

Suggestion: The delivery was difficult because of the large time window.

When the message is on, items in our room rattle and make it hard to fall asleep the message is a lot louder at home then in the store room, like it but sometimes it feels like when you go to adjust the speed it feels the same. so don't know if the message part of it is really worth it. Not happy with that end of it

I am so much more comfortable with my new mattress. Having a right-sized new Verlo bedframe has added significantly to my sleep!

Suggestion: Buy elsewhere for better quality. The mattress isn't square, the foot edge is angled.

The mattress protector doesn't work I spilled juice and it still got on the mattress now I can't use the warranty I had

Mattress seems to be compressing where I sleep. Big indent. Maybe not the quality of mattress i thought.

The mattress is too firm. We were hoping it would be better by now, but it's not I sleep on my couch most nights. Get up in the middle of the night with extreme pain. Pretty disappointed.....
