The float on this is designed very simple but brilliantly at the same time. My previous pump failed due to burning out from a stuck float. I cannot see that happening with this design. Great choice.
Snow melting mat is versatile. It is an ideal for both residential and commercial use. Roofs, stairs, grass, floors and other places can be installed and used, no need to climb ladders to shovel the roof. The product is very convenient to use and store and it is worth having.
Heating cable seems to work well for freeze protection of faucet. I put it inside a plastic box and fit it over the faucet.
The ramps work great for getting heavy work stations out of my garage and over the 5' doorway. They are easy to put together and hold up well when moving hefty things over them. Thanks
I bought a chopper. It's easy to use. You just have to make sure you press hard enough. I don't like it that you have to cut pieces smaller. I had to cut it in 4 or 5 pieces thinner pieces.
I needed new lifting cables on my marine railway. The railways lifting cables lay in the water all summer. The old galvanized cables were rusting out. The galvanized cable was about the same price, so why not use stainless. 6400 lbs breaking yield is plenty good enough.

I ordered a 48 volt charger. I was able to repair my charger before the new one arrived. Vevor did not want to refund my money even though I had not opened the package. They offered to refund me 1/3 of the purchase price or suggested that I resell it my self. So much for their no-hassle returns.

This machine worked for two tomato canning seasons and died halfway through the third. Used a friend's electric strainer of an Italian make to finish the job and it was such a better product than vevor. This machine always ran hot, leaked oil, and was loud. This machine isn't durable and therefore a waste of money.

They don't have warranty in Canada they tell you to find a place to fit it but they won't pay for it they don't have a way to take it back

I purchased this bike a few weeks ago. Delivery was quick. I contacted a professional to build it as it was beyond my abilities. I paid 200 dollars only to be told that I would need a new derailleur as the one that came with it was damaged and missing a part. He did what he could and the bike is usable but I can't change gears. Will probably cost me another 200 to get the thing working properly. I contacted customer service when I received it. Before my builder got it. It was supposed to come with a lock. It didn't. Customer service person told me to take a picture of the missing piece. If I could return it without disassembling it I surely would. So disappointed and out 600 dollars for a piece of garbage.

The jack hammer we purchased costed us less than 2 days of rental for a similar unit. Its economy quality, but if it lasts longer than the job we purchased it for we are ahead. For home use, this worked well for us.

I bought two outdoor handrails but unfortunately after 6 months they were rusted and cracked in the middle.
I sent several emails and photos to the customer service during the warranty period and explained the issue to them but they didn't reply to me. When I continued to send the emails to them they finally replied that this is out of warranty period.I told them I claimed this issue in warranty period but you didn't answer me. They replied me with these sentences: we are so sorry or please accept our apology and so on. They did nothing. They prolonged these correspondence till the warranty period was gone.
I have never seen such terrible customer service.

If they allowed a 0 star review I would give them that. Customer service is horrendous in fact none existent. Takes days for a response via email. Phone is even worse. Only buy from these clowns if you don't care about warranty or returns. Say 24/7 service ha "NOT". 30 day free returns " ha NOT". Be very cautious ordering from this company. Not sure they even have a really office. Think it's just a call Center. Careful careful. You have been WARNED

I purchased from Canada. The items were missing parts and quality was very poor. Requested refund and they tried to do anything but offer full refund and return. If you're not satisfied with the product, you will not get a full refund. After 7 days of back and forth, they offered 45% of my money back. Spend a bit extra and shop elsewhere.

We ordered a machine, it failed after one day of use. I have attempted to get an RMA for almost a month to use (Hassel-Free 30 day returns) but now am told they need pictures and video of the failure. The machine is already packed and ready for shipment. We have already purchased a superior, American-made machine and only wish to get a refund according to their website.
