Contact form doesn't work. Telephone number doesn't work. Receive multiple spam emails a day with no method to unsubscribe. Scumbag operation, avoid at all costs.

I was researching possible companies to work with for an animated video. I came across this company and made an inquiry. I had to submit my phone number and email prior to reviewing the pricing. After submitting my information, I was told that they wanted full payment upfront. I would expect a quality company to accept payment after a successful job and just to put a watermark on a video. They were very push so I decided to look elsewhere. This was almost a year ago and just today I received two text messages requesting that I work with them for an animated video. I get about two text messages every day from this company. I can't believe how aggressive this company is. They use spoofed numbers to text me so even though I always click on spam and block sender, the next day or later the same day they will send another annoying text message telling me I need to use their services for an animated video. I will never work with this company and I advise anyone who is thinking about it, to not work with them.

Working with Video Animation was the worst experience of my life. They started off professional, promising me that if I was not satisfied that I could receive my 100% refund. After going back and forth with not having my characters correct, never seeing an animation, and missing my deadline; they finally gave my project to a senior designer and asked for another shot and promised me another week. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PROJECT WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK and after I wrote them again he finally sent me over a clip with my characters moving back and forth. No special movements, no thought was put into the video. I gave them my design because they couldn't think of ANYTHING and they sent the exact same design back with movement that looked like a kindergarten did it! I asked for my refund back several times and which they will not write me back, never revised my project, never communicated next steps to the refund process, i have called, i have written them and NO RESPONSE! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I PAID $600 DOLLARS for this project! And all they did was beg me for more money on the phone after rushing me to pay for the initial services! I stated SEVERAL TIMES that I was willing to take a chance with them because both JAY GILL, DENNIS, & JEFF MARTIN told me that I would get a %100 refund if i was not satisfied! WELL I AM NOT SATISFIED AND YET THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME NEEDING MY REFUND! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

While the ability to sign up and Pay was easy, getting work completed was not. My account manager left one day after I signed up. I gave examples of the items I wanted. Once we figured out they could not do it(without significant upcharges), they told me I had to wait 60 days to get the funds back, which is ridiculous. When I mentioned I was unhappy and would let others know of my experience the agent started accusing me of threats and punishing me, very unprofessional. STAY AWAY.
