Going on 6 weeks now and I have not received my order, they keep telling me there is problems with customs and they don't know when shipments will come in. Chat is not help all they do is say sorry for the delay. I have emailed them an NO response! They will not give a refund even though they don't even have the items I already payed for. This company needs to be shut down, they are ripping off people! How is this right!

DO NOT ORDER!

Going on 4 weeks now of placing order. Customer service says sorry, but will give no ETA. I asked for a refund and they say, "all sales are final." How is it final if it hasn't even shipped? I guess I'll have to go through the hassle of a dispute. I will never order from them again!

2nd time ordering customer service chat wasnt much help... she was like theres a delay and couldnt tell me just 10 days from today cant cancel or rush shipment and was trying to get it before i left no thanks to me ordering might as well saw its my neighbors now since i won't be here if it ever comes...

Save your money and order from a different company! This company sucks! Their customer service is horrible! Their orders are always delayed! They make you pay for returns! Their sizing is wayyyy off! I will never ever order from them again and I will never refer them to anyone! I will leave an unfavorable review on every site I can! They won't even refund my money back although it is their delay! I have been dealing with this crap for months now! WORSE COMPANY EVER! Save your money, time and peace of mind!

I ordered items - buy 1 get 1 free - back in April from Australia. I trusted them because I had purchased from them before in 2017. No items received. No communication from them despite numerous emails. Nothing. So annoyed that I ordered from them without seeing this review first :(

IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR ITEMS, YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! They didn't send my items until after I opened a case with the BBB... I ordered my items in March. They didn't arrive until May 12th and they came on separate dates. When I asked customer service to provide... customer service... and answer my questions they blocked me! I had to go in incognito mode on my computer just to talk to them... do NOT buy from them if you're expecting them on time. Had to pay someone to get my items because I wasn't in town. I need the items before I left town for a wedding! I paid the $9.99 for 5-7 day shipping and they wouldn't even provide that as a refund!

I have order placed on May 3 and I have been waiting over 3 weeks which all ready includes the 7-10 business for my order and I have not received it. There is no tracking information nothing giving an update with this order. This is a horrible experience Save your time and money

I placed an order in the beginning of April. Have contacted them multiple times and all I get is "shipments are delayed". I tried asking for a refund and to cancel my order but they said all sales are final. I still have not received my items yet. I will never order from this place again!

I reported this company to the BBB, Fraud.org, and the FBI. Technically what they are doing is theft. I purchased a waist trainer over a month ago, and have not received it. I am to the point of taking legal action against them.

Placed my order on 3/25/19 and still have not received my items. I paid for expedited shipping and I've been blocked from contacting them. These people are scam artist and I don't think anyone gets their products. Do not buy and IG needs to shut down their page. DO NOT BUY from them... you will never get your product. No refunds just exchange. But you can't exchange what you never received!

I placed a order on 4/8/19 and paid priority ship 16 dollar and its been a month and dis not receive my order and called and was on hold for two hrs and no one answered phone. Chatted to customer service and asked for refund and was told all sales final. This site is a scam. And I will make sure to teach them a lesson for this fraud.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Purchased products three months ago. Still have not received any. I have had many attempts at contacting the company, and all they can say is:

'We sincerely apologize for this delay with your order. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing delays with our shipment and orders are being delays. Once we have receive shipment your order will be ship priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause, our management team is working on getting this resolve as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.'

I have filed a complaint with the BBB. And will be contacting my bank to get my money back.
